Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.下記一般式(II)で示されるフペルジンA誘導体。 上式中、Yは−C=Oであるか、または−R″、Yは=CHであり アルキル、C1〜C5低級アルコキシ、ニトロ、ハロゲン、カルボキシ、アルコキ シカルボニル、ヒドロキシメチル、ヒドロキシ、ビス−C1〜C5低級アルキル置 換アミノを表す)、一(CH2)mCOOZ基(ここで、m=0〜5であり、Zは水素また はC1〜C5低級アルキルを表す)、−CH=CH−G基(ここで、Gはフェニル、フ ラニル、カルボキシ、アルコキシカルボニルを表す)、または窒素原子において C1〜C5低級アルキルにより置換されたジヒドロもしくはテトラヒドロピリジル を表し、R′は水素、C1〜C5低級アルキル、ピリドイル、C1〜C5低級アルコ キシ置換ベンゾイルを表し、R″は水素およびC1〜C5低級アルキルを表す。 2.YがC=Oである場合に、RがC1〜C5低級アルキル、 〜C5低級アルコキシ、カルボキシ、アルコキシカルボニル、ピリジル、窒素原 子においてC1〜C5により置換されたジヒドロもしくはテトラヒドロピリジル、 −(CH2)mCOOZ基(ここで、m=0〜5であり、Zは水素またはC1〜C5低級アル キルを表す)、−CH=CH−G基(ここで、Gはフェニル、フラニル、カルボキシ 、アルコキシカルボニルを表す)であり、R′が水素、C1〜C5低級アルキル、 ピリドイル、C1〜C5低級アルコキシ置換ベンゾイルであり、R″は水素および C1〜C5低級アルキルである請求項1記載の化合物。 〜C5低級アルキル、C1〜C5低級アルコキシ、ニトロ、ハロゲン、ヒドロキシ 、ヒドロキシメチル、ビス−C1〜C5低級アルキル置換アミノを表す)、−CH= CH−G基(ここで、Gはフェニル、フラニルを表す)であり、R′は水素および C1〜C5低級アルキルである、請求項1記載の化合物。 4.製造方法が、(1)YがC=Oである場合には、無水溶剤中でフペルジン Aと対応する置換アシルクロリドもしくは酸無水物とを縮合させ、(2)R″, Yが=CHである場合には、無水溶剤中でフペルジンAと対応する置換アルデヒド とを縮合させる、ことからなる、請求項1記載の化合物。 5.コリンエステラーゼ抑制剤である、請求項1記載のフペルジンA誘導体。
