Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.エネルギー・ドナー成分とそのエネルギー・ドナー成分により遷移された エネルギーを吸収するアクセプター成分を含む化合物であって、上記成分が、糖 リン酸エステル・モノマー結合を含む骨格により連結され、その1−ヒドロキシ 基が、水素により置換され又はエーテル化されている、前記化合物。 2.前記骨格が、3〜15の1,2−ジデオキシリボシル−3,5−ホスフェー ト・エステル・モノマー結合を含む、請求項1に記載の化合物。 3.前記エネルギー・ドナー成分が、その5骨格末端で共有結合されており、 そして前記アクセプターが、連結基を通じてその1−位における1,2−ジデオ キシリボシル−3,5−ホスフェート・エステルの3−末端で、前記骨格に共有 結合されている、請求項2に記載の化合物。 4.前記骨格の3−末端が、ヒドロキシル、保護ヒドロキシル、ホスホルアミ ジット、ホスフィット、ヌクレオチド又はオリゴヌクレオチドである、請求項3 に記載の化合物。 5.3〜15の1,2−ジデオキシリボース−3,5−ホスフェートモノマー単 位をもち、そして1,2−ジデオキシリボース−3,5−ホスフェート・モノマ ー単位の3−末端の1−位において連結基を通じてフルオレセイン又はローダミ ンで置換されている、式5−フルオレセイン置換ポリ−1,2−ジデオキシリボ ース−3,5−ホスフェート化合物。 6.前記骨格の3−末端が、ヒドロキシル、保護ヒドロキシル、ホスホルアミ ジット、ホスフィット、ヌクレオチド又はオリゴヌクレオチドである、請求項5 に記載の化合物。 7.前記連結基は、カルボキシル又はウリジル基である、請求項5に記載の化 合物。 8.電気泳動分離における蛍光標識の組合せ物を使用した異なる核酸配列の同 定方法において、上記蛍光標識が、異なる波長において蛍光を発し、そして各異 なる標識が異なる核酸配列に結合され、そして標識として請求項1〜7いずれか 1項に記載した化合物を使用することを特徴とする前記方法。 9.そのアクセプターにおいて相違し、かつ、同一のエネルギー・ドナーをも つ、請求項1〜7に記載の少なくとも2の化合物を含むキット。
