Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1種の再生可能な原料をベースとして製造されたバイオポリマ ーを含む生物学的に分解可能なポリマー混合物において、バイオポリマーとして 少なくとも天然デンプンまたはその誘導体と、天然デンプンまたはその誘導体と の混合物に対して10〜40重量%の範囲の量の可塑剤または膨潤剤とを、水含 量<5%で混合することにより得られる熱可塑性デンプンが少なくとも存在し、 この場合可塑剤または膨潤剤はデンプンもしくは誘導体が少なくとも膨張し始め るまたは溶解し始めるのに適しており、かつポリマー混合物中に、以下のリスト : 芳香族ポリエステル、 脂肪族ならびに芳香族ブロックを有するポリエステル−コポリマー、 ポリエステルアミド、 ポリエチレンオキシドポリマーもしくはポリグリコール、 ポリエステルウレタン、 および/またはこれらの混合物 から選択されたポリマーが少なくとも1種使用されており、この際該ポリマー混 合物は、熱可塑性デンプンと少なくとも1種のポリマーとを、ポリマー混合物に 対して水含量<1重量%で混合することにより得られ ることを特徴とする、生物学的に分解可能なポリマー混合物。 2.熱可塑性デンプンが膨潤剤または可塑剤として少なくとも次の物質、つま りソルビトール、グリセリン、ヒドロキシ酸、例えば乳酸またはそのオリゴマー および/またはその塩、ポリビニルアルコール、脂肪族ポリエステル、例えば低 分子ポリ乳酸またはポリカプロラクトン、ポリエステルアミドおよび/またはこ れらの混合物を含有する、請求項1記載の生物学的に分解可能なポリマー混合物 。 3.ポリエステル−コポリマーがポリオールおよび芳香族または脂肪族ジ−カ ルボン酸から製造されている、請求項1または2記載の生物学的に分解可能なポ リマー混合物。 4.ポリエステル−コポリマーが以下の一般構造: を有し、この場合1およびmは変化してもよく、かつ分配され、ならびにその平 均値は反応混合物の組成により決まる、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載 の生物学的に分解可能なポリマー混合物。 5.ポリエステル−コポリマーが一方では一連の1,2−エタンジオール、1 ,3−プロパンジオール、 1,4−ブタンジオールおよび/または1,6−ヘキサンジオールからの少なく とも1種のジオールと、他方では少なくとも1種の芳香族ジ−カルボン酸、例え ばテレフタル酸、および場合により少なくとも1種の脂肪族ジ−カルボン酸、例 えばアジピン酸および/またはセバシン酸との重縮合により製造される、請求項 1から4までのいずれか1項記載の生物学的に分解可能なポリマー混合物。 6.ポリエステル−コポリマーがポリアルキレンテレフタレートまたはポリエ チレンテレフタレートである、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の生物学 的に分解可能なポリマー混合物。 7.更なる成分として脂肪族ポリエステルもしくはコポリエステル、例えばポ リ乳酸、ポリヒドロキシ酪酸、ポリヒドロキシ安息香酸、ポリヒドロキシ酪酸− ヒドロキシ吉草酸−コポリマーまたはポリカプロラクトンを使用する、請求項1 から6までのいずれか1項記載の生物学的に分解可能なポリマー混合物。 8.熱可塑性デンプン、少なくとも1種のポリエチレンテレフタレートまたは ポリアルキレンテレフタレートならびにポリカプロラクトンを特徴とする、請求 項7記載の生物学的に分解可能なポリマー混合物。 9.混合物がデンプンまたは熱可塑性デンプンと少なくとも1種の以下のポリ マー: 脂肪族および芳香族ブロックを有するポリエステル −コポリマー、 芳香族ポリエステル、 脂肪族ポリエステル、 ポリエステルアミドおよび/または ポリエステルウレタン、 とを溶融物中で無水で混合し、かつ反応させることにより得られるブロックコポ リマーを相媒介剤として含有する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の生 物学的に分解可能なポリマー混合物。 10.少なくとも1種の別の成分、例えば添加剤、混和剤または充填剤、例え ば軟化剤、安定剤、難燃剤、生物学的に分解可能な別のバイオポリマー、例えば セルロースエステル、セルロース、ポリヒドロキシ酪酸、疎水性タンパク質、ポ リビニルアルコール、ゼラチン、ゼイン、多糖類、ポリラクチド、ポリビニルア セテート、ポリアクリレート、糖アルコール、セラック、カゼイン、脂肪酸誘導 体、植物繊維、レシチン、またはキトサンが含有されている、請求項1から9ま でのいずれか1項記載の生物学的に分解可能なポリマー混合物。 11.ポリマー混合物が、少なくとも1種の有機充填剤を、再生可能な原料、 例えば特にセルロース繊維から得る、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載 の生物学的に分解可能なポリマー混合物。 12.熱可塑性デンプンの疎水性特性をさらに減少 するために架橋剤、例えばジカルボン酸もしくはポリカルボン酸ならびにその無 水物、イソシアネート、ホルムアルデヒドおよびその誘導体、尿素−ホルムアル デヒド、メラミン−ホルムアルデヒドもしくはフェノール−ホルムアルデヒド− 樹脂、リン酸エステル、ポリリン酸エステルおよび/または式: のアルキルケテン二量体[式中、R=C12〜C24の範囲の線状飽和アルキル 基]を使用する、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の生物学的に分解可 能なポリマー混合物。 13.可塑剤もしくは膨潤剤を含有する熱可塑性デンプンの割合が、混合物の 総重量に対して10〜95重量%である、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項 記載の生物学的に分解可能なポリマー混合物。 14.熱可塑性デンプンの割合が混合物中で40〜65重量%である、請求項 1から13までのいずれか1項記載の生物学的に分解可能なポリマー混合物。 15.熱可塑性デンプン、脂肪族および芳香族ブロックを有するポリエステル −コポリマーならびにエチレンアクリル酸−コポリマーおよびエチレンビニルア ルコール−コポリマーから選択されたコポリマーを特 徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の生物学的に分解可能なポリ マー混合物。 16.天然デンプンまたはその誘導体の発熱性転換により得られる熱可塑性デ ンプンと、少なくとも1種の以下のポリマー: 芳香族ポリエステル、 芳香族および脂肪族ブロックを有するポリエステル−コポリマー、 ポリエステルアミド、 ポリエチレンオキシドポリマーもしくはポリグリコール、 ポリエステルウレタン、 および/または混合物とを混合し、この場合溶融物を混合し、その際混合の前 および/または混合の際に混合物の重量に対して水含量を<1.0重量%に減少 する、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項記載のポリマー混合物の製造方法。 17.溶融物に付加的に脂肪族ポリエステルを添加する、請求項16記載の方 法。 18.混合の前および/または混合の際の水含量を<0.5重量%、有利には <0.1重量%に減少する、請求項16または17記載の方法。 19.溶融物の混合を120〜260℃の温度範囲で行う、請求項16から1 8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 20.混合を押出機またはニーダーで行い、かつダイからの溶融物の引き出し 後、これを水浴で冷却し、調整し、引き続き例えば造粒する、請求項16から1 9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 21.例えば顆粒として存在するポリマー混合物を射出成形、押出成形または 吹込成形で加工する前に、軟化剤、例えばグリセリン、ソルビトールなど、およ び/または水で調整する、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項記載のポリマー 混合物の加工方法。 22.顆粒として存在するポリマー混合物を水含量1〜6重量%に調整し、か つ引き続き射出成形、押出成形、または吹込成形してフィルムにし、この場合製 造された射出成形パーツまたは押出物もしくはフィルムを有利には製造後直接相 対湿度>40%を有する比較的湿度の高い環境に貯蔵する、請求項21記載の方 法。 23.単層または多層フィルムを製造するための請求項1から15までのいず れか1項記載のポリマー混合物の使用。 24.吹込成形で製造した容器または瓶の製造のための、請求項1から15ま でのいずれか1項記載のポリマー混合物の使用。 25.繊維製品、例えば繊維、モノフィル、糸、ロープ、綱、フロック、詰綿 、織物、フェルト、フリースを製造するための、請求項1から15までのいずれ か1項記載のポリマー混合物の使用。 26.ポリマー混合物からなるフリースおよび/またはバックシートを少なく とも1つ有する衛生用品、例えばおむつ、包帯、失禁用製品、ベッド用詰め物な どを製造するための、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項記載のポリマー混合 物の使用。 27.接着剤の製造のための、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項記載のポ リマー混合物またはそのアルコール溶液の使用。 28.コーティング、例えば特に含浸剤の製造のための、請求項1から15ま でのいずれか1項記載のポリマー混合物またはそのアルコール溶液の使用。
