Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 裏面及び正面を有する眼科用プラスチックレンズであって、この裏面のみ が、多官能価アクリレートを含む液体組成物を硬化させることにより得られる耐 衝撃性を付与する塗膜によって被覆され、少なくとも約40重量%の前記多官能価 アクリレートが二官能価アクリレート又は二官能価アクリレートの混合物である 眼科用プラスチックレンズ。 2. 少なくとも1種の多官能価アクリレートが約60℃未満のガラス転移温度を 有する請求の範囲第1項に記載の眼科用レンズ。 3. 多官能価アクリレートがテトラエチレングリコールジアクリレートからな る請求の範囲第1項に記載の眼科用レンズ。 4. 多官能価アクリレートがジエチレングリコールジアクリレートからなる請 求の範囲第1項に記載の眼科用レンズ。 5. 多官能価アクリレートがジエチレングリコールジアクリレートからなる請 求の範囲第1項に記載の眼科用レンズ。 6. 液体組成物が更に、金属、非金属、合金、又はこれらのいずれかの塩の水 不溶性分散剤のコロイド分散液を含む請求の範囲第1項に記載の眼科用レンズ。 7. 反射防止用塗料が、少なくとも耐衝撃性を付与する塗膜上に塗布される請 求の範囲第1項に記載の眼科用レンズ。 8. レンズがジエチレングリコールビス(アリルカーボネート)からなる請求 の範囲第1項に記載の眼科用レンズ。 9. レンズが高指数ポリウレタンからなる請求の範囲第1項に記載の眼科 用レンズ。 10. レンズがアクリル樹脂からなる請求の範囲第1項に記載の眼科用レンズ 。 11. 耐衝撃性を付与する塗膜が約0.5μ〜約10μの厚さである請求の範囲第 1項に記載の眼科用レンズ。 12. 少なくとも耐衝撃性を付与する塗膜上に更に耐磨耗性硬質塗膜を含む請 求の範囲第1項に記載の眼科用レンズ。 13. 少なくとも耐磨耗性硬質塗膜上に更に反射防止用塗膜を含む請求の範囲 第12項に記載の眼科用レンズ。 14. 前記耐磨耗性硬質塗膜が、コロイドシリカのゾル及び/又は金属酸化物 や非金属酸化物のゾルと、官能基を含むオルガノシランとのシラノール縮合生成 物を含む請求の範囲第12項又は第13項に記載の眼科用レンズ。 15. 請求の範囲第1項から第14項のいずれか1項に記載の正面及び裏面を 有する眼科用プラスチックレンズの耐衝撃性を改善する方法であって、請求の範 囲第1項から第6項のいずれか1項に記載の液体組成物の塗料をレンズの正面で はなく、レンズの裏面に塗布し、次いでこの組成物を硬化させて、耐衝撃性を付 与する塗膜を得ることからなる方法。 16. 液体組成物において、多官能価アクリレートを溶媒に溶解し、この溶媒 を、塗料を塗布した後で前記硬化過程の前に除去する請求の範囲第15項に記載 の方法。 17. 液体組成物において、前記硬化過程の前に、多官能価アクリレートを反 応性希釈剤と混合する請求の範囲第15項に記載の方法。 18. 多官能価アクリレートがテトラエチレングリコールジアクリレートから なり、この溶媒混合物がメチルイソブチルケトン及び1−ブタノールを含む請求 の範囲第16項に記載の方法。 19. 多官能価アクリレートがジエチレングリコールジアクリレートからなり 、この溶媒混合物がメチルイソブチルケトン及び1−ブタノールを含む請求の範 囲第16項に記載の方法。 20. 正面及び裏面を有する眼科用プラスチックレンズの耐衝撃性を改善する 方法であって、約60℃未満のガラス転移温度を有する少なくとも1種の多官能価 アクリレートを含む液体組成物の塗料をレンズの正面ではなく、レンズの裏面に 塗布することからなる方法。
