Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.次の: 約10から約60重量%のブテン‐1‐エチレン共重合体; 約20から約80重量%の粘着性付与樹脂; 約5から約30重量%の可塑剤;および 約0.1から約3重量%の酸化防止剤 を含んでなり、そして325°Fにおける粘度が約1,000から50,000 cPであり、そして融点が170°Fから200°Fである、改善された湿潤強 度特性を有するホットメルト接着剤組成物。 2.ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、吸収材芯、および使い捨て物品の不織ト ップシート若しくはティッシューに結合し、またさらに該吸収材芯或いはティッ シューの繊維に向かって流動する傾向を有し、それにより水を含む溶液に暴露さ れた時に分解に耐える機械的結合を生成する、請求の範囲第1項に記載のホット メルト接着剤組成物。 3.使い捨て衣料材料の不織素材に塗布した時、水を含む溶液に70°Fの温 度で少くとも1時間曝した後でもティッシューとの破壊結合を保持している、請 求の範囲第2項に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物。 4.粘着性付与樹脂がブテン‐1‐エチレン共重合体と少くとも部分的に相溶 性であり、また酸化防止剤がヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤である、請求の 範囲第3項に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物。 5.可塑剤がモノ‐オレフィン重合体を含み、また接着剤組成物が比較的長い 開放時間を有し、そして高い温度に曝された時実質的に非‐粘着性を保持してい る、請求の範囲第4項に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物。 6.次の: 約25重量%のブテン‐1‐エチレン共重合体; 約50重量%の粘着性付与樹脂; 約25重量%の可塑剤;および 約0.1から約3重量%のヒンダードフェノール系酸化防止剤 を含んでなり、そして改善された開放時間と室温流動性を有し、またさらに約2 ,000cPの325°Fにおける粘度と170°Fの融点を有する、ホットメ ルト接着剤組成物。 7.接着剤組成物をティッシューラミネートに3.0mg/in2の量で、約 300°Fの温度で塗布し、またさらに開放時間を約1秒とした時、約100グ ラムの剥離強度をもたらす、請求の範囲第6項に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成 物。 8.標準の貯蔵条件で実質的に非粘着性であり、またさらに不織布およびティ ッシュー基材に塗布した時に積層物を生成し、そしてさらにそのラミネートを水 に少くとも1時間暴露した後約50グラムの平均剥離強さを保持している、請求 の範囲第7項に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物。 9.粘着性付与樹脂がブテン‐1‐エチレン共重合体と少くとも部分的に相溶 性であり、また可塑剤がモノ‐オレフィン重合体を含んでいる、請求の範囲第8 項に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物。 10.本質的に、次の: 約10から約60重量%のブテン‐1‐エチレン共重合体; 約20から約80重量%の粘着性付与樹脂; 約5から約30重量%の可塑剤;および 約0.1から約3重量%の酸化防止剤 から成り、そして325°Fの温度における粘度が約1,000から50,00 0cPであり、そして融点が約170°Fから約200°Fである、改善された 湿潤強度特性を有するホットメルト接着剤。
