Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.液体又は懸濁液を混合する混合機において、それぞれ外部投入口(10、 12)が設けられた2個の混合室(2、3)を有して成り、第1混合室(2)は 第2混合室(3)と比較して容量が小さく、それら混合室は、第1混合室(2) が第2混合室(3)に連絡しており、多くの混合要素(6、7)が回転軸(5) に配置され、該回転軸は前記両混合室に共通であり、前記混合要素は前記2つの 混合室で異なった形状を有しており、第1混合室(2)における混合要素(6) は、大きい剪断力によって混合が行われるような配置となっており、第2混合室 (3)における混合要素(7)は、主として剪断力によらない撹拌によって混合 が行われるような配置となっていることを特徴とする混合機。 2.第1混合室(2)が第2混合室(3)より上に配置されていることを特徴 とする請求項1の混合機。 3.第1混合室の混合要素(6)が、シャベルが設けられたタービン翼車から なることを特徴とする請求項1ないし2の混合機。 4.第2混合室の混合要素(7)がプロペラ形状のアジテータからなることを 特徴とする請求項1ないし3の混合機。 5.上側混合室と下側混合室の両方の混合室壁に流動撹乱バッフル板(8、9 )が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4の混合機。 6.上側混合室と下側混合室のいずれも、混合要素間に配置された環状水平板 (14、15)によって、多くの部分空間に分割され、該空間で別個の渦流が形 成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5の混合機。 7.回転軸が、回転速度可変のモーター(4)によって駆動されることを特徴 とする前述の請求項のいずれかによる混合機。 8.請求項1記載の混合機での連続混合方法であって、高剪断力によって混合 が起こる第1混合室で、少量の第1の液体をかなり多量の第2の液体と混合し、 その後、得られた混合物を第2混合室に送り、そこで主として剪断力によらない 撹拌によって混合を行うことを特徴とする前記方法。 9.第1の液体が酸、苛性溶液又は酸化防止剤などの化学添加剤からなり、第 2の液体が植物油からなることを特徴とする請求項8の方法。 10.化学添加剤を第1混合室で植物油の部分流と混合し、残りの植物油を第 2混合室で加えることを特徴とする請求項8ないし9の方法。 11.酸などの化学添加剤を第1混合室で全植物油流と混合し、得られた混合 液に第2混合室で、苛性溶液などの第2の化学添加剤を加えることを特徴とする 請求項8ないし10の方法。
