(57)【要約】 【目的】 この発明は、瓶等の蓋の開け締めをする際
に、片手だけで、栓又は蓋の開閉が出来るようにしたキ
ャップに関するものである。 【構成】 レバー１と、キャップ２は一体である。軟質
材３が、貼り付けてあるキャップ２は、ピン軸６によっ
てバンド４と、連結されている。バンド４には、締めつ
け金具５が取り付けてある。このバンド４を、締めつけ
金具５で、瓶の口へとりつける。

【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用区分】この発明は、瓶等の蓋又は栓の開
け締めをする際に、瓶を持った片手だけで、蓋の開閉が
出来るようにしたキャップに関するものである

【従来の技術】従来より、瓶の栓もしくは蓋を取って、
瓶の中のものを注ぐには、片手で瓶を持ち、もう一方の
手で、栓もしくは蓋を、取らねばならなかった。したが
って、片手に何かを持ったままでは、栓又は蓋を取る事
は出来なかった。又、一旦持った物を置いて取った栓も
しくは蓋も、落として、汚してしまう事があった。どう
しても、片手だけで栓もしくは蓋を取ろうとするなら、
口等を使って、栓もしくは蓋を取る以外の方法は無かっ
た。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】片手に何かを持ってい
る時でも、栓もしくは蓋を取る事が出来、栓もしくは蓋
を、下へ落す事の無い一体式のキャップの開発が望まれ
ていたが、本発明はこれらの要望に答える物である。

【課題を解決する為の手段】
（イ） レバー１と、キャップ２は一体である。 （ロ） キャップ２へ、軟質材３が、貼り付けてある。 （ハ） 瓶８へは、バンド４に付けてある締めつけ金具
５によって、固定させてある。 （ニ） 瓶８の口へは、キャップ２に取り付けてある軟
質材３が、ピン軸６を介して、スプリング７によって押
えつけられている。

【作用】レバー１を押す事により、スプリング７によっ
て、瓶の口を押えていた軟質材３が、瓶の口から離れる
事によって、瓶８の中の液体が流出する。

【実施例】以下、本発明の実施例について説明する。 （イ） レバー１と、キャップ２は一体である。 （ロ） キャップ２へは、軟質材３が、貼り付けてあ
る。 （ハ） バンド４には、締めつけ金具５が取り付けてあ
る。 （ニ） バンド４と、レバー１とキャップ２は、ピン軸
６によって連結されている。 （ホ） スプリング７によって、キャップ２は、瓶８の
口へ押しつけるべく、押えつけられている。 本発明は以上のような構造及び構成で、これを使用する
ときは、瓶８へ、バンド４を巻き、締めつけ金具５によ
って固定させる。以上の如く構成された、瓶を持った片
手だけで、蓋の開閉が出来るようにしたキャップであ
る。瓶８を持ち、レバー１を押す事により、スプリング
７によって、瓶の口を押えていた軟質材３を、瓶の口か
ら離し、瓶８の中の液体を流出させる。

【発明の効果】片手に、何かを持っている時でも、栓も
しくは蓋を取って注ぐ事が出来る。栓もしくは蓋が、瓶
等から離れない為、下へ落し、汚れてしまう事は無い。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】（イ） レバー１と、キャップ２は一体で
    ある。 （ロ） キャップ２へ、軟質材３が、貼り付けてある。 （ハ） 瓶８へは、バンド４に付けてある締めつけ金具
    ５によって、取り付け固定する。 （ホ） レバー１を押える事によって、キャップ２が動
    き、瓶８の口に、密着していた軟質材３が、瓶８の口か
    ら離れる事によって、瓶８の中の液体が流出する。 以上の如く構成された、瓶を持った片手だけで、蓋の開
    閉が出来るようにしたキャップ。
