2. Description of the Related Art
As a material having excellent characteristics as a thin-walled molding material, an alloy of a thermoplastic resin and a liquid crystal polymer as described in JP-A-7-179743 and JP-A-62-116666 is known. I have. This alloy is a material having both the low cost of a thermoplastic resin and the good mechanical properties and easy moldability of a liquid crystalline polymer. The greatest feature of this alloy is that the liquid crystalline polymer is easily made into a fiber by injection molding and exhibits an extremely high reinforcing effect that has not been achieved before. A thin molded article having excellent strength can be obtained. However, a molded article made of the above-mentioned alloy has a very good mechanical property in a thin-walled molded article, but has a problem that as the thickness of the molded article increases, the decrease in mechanical properties becomes extremely large. This is because, as the thickness of the molded article increases, the fibrous liquid crystalline polymer at the center is not fixed due to the relaxation phenomenon, and the center does not become fibrous and thus exhibits no reinforcing effect.

Means for Solving the Problems In view of the above problems, the present inventors have intensively searched and studied a material having excellent characteristics even with a thick molded product. The filler (C) is blended with the thermoplastic resin (A) that does not form a molten phase and the aromatic liquid crystalline polymer (B) that can form an anisotropic molten phase, and the liquid crystalline polymer can be easily formed by injection molding. The entire molded article, that is, the fiber is formed even in the central part, and even a thick molded article exhibits an extremely high reinforcing effect that has never been seen before. Therefore, the properties of the molded article obtained are unique, particularly excellent in mechanical strength, surface layer The present inventors have found that a molded article with little peeling can be obtained, and have completed the present invention. That is, the present invention is a thermoplastic resin that does not form an anisotropic molten phase (A) 99-50
15 to 100 parts by weight of a filler (C) is added to 100 parts by weight of a resin component consisting of 1 part by weight and 1 to 50 parts by weight of an aromatic liquid crystalline polymer (B) capable of forming an anisotropic molten phase. Aromatic liquid crystalline polymer (B) is obtained by injection molding of a thermoplastic resin composition of the type described above, in the form of fibers having an average aspect ratio of 6 or more up to the center of the molded product in the matrix phase of the thermoplastic resin (A). Wherein the increase in flexural modulus by adding the filler (C) is 5000 kgf / cm 2 or more.

The aromatic liquid crystalline polymer (B) capable of forming an anisotropic molten phase used in the present invention has a molecular orientation in a molten state and exhibits optical anisotropy. Observation of the anisotropy in the molten state can be confirmed by a conventional polarization inspection method using a crossed polarizer. More specifically, the anisotropic molten phase can be confirmed by using a Leitz polarizing microscope and observing the molten sample placed on a Leitz hot stage under a nitrogen atmosphere at a magnification of 40 times. When tested between crossed polarizers, the polymers of the present invention transmit polarized light and exhibit optical anisotropy, even in the melt-static state. This can be observed as an optical pattern specific to the liquid crystal phase in a certain temperature range when gradually heated. Also, in X-ray diffraction, a phase-specific diffraction pattern can be observed. In thermal analysis, a differential scanning calorimeter is generally used, and entropy changes and transition temperatures of various phase transitions can be measured. Liquid crystalline polymers suitable for use in the present invention tend to be substantially insoluble in common solvents and are therefore unsuitable for solution processing. However, as already mentioned, these polymers can be easily processed by conventional melt processing methods. The polyester exhibiting an anisotropic melt phase used in the present invention is preferably an aromatic polyester and an aromatic polyesteramide, and a polyester partially containing the aromatic polyester and the aromatic polyesteramide in the same molecular chain is also a preferred example. . Particularly preferred are liquid crystalline aromatic polyesters and liquid crystalline aromatic polyesteramides having at least one compound selected from the group consisting of aromatic hydroxycarboxylic acids, aromatic hydroxylamines and aromatic diamines as constituents. More specifically, 1) a polyester mainly comprising one or more aromatic hydroxycarboxylic acids and derivatives thereof 2) mainly a) one or more aromatic hydroxycarboxylic acids and derivatives thereof and b) Polyester comprising one or more aromatic dicarboxylic acids, alicyclic dicarboxylic acids and derivatives thereof and c) at least one or two or more aromatic diols, alicyclic diols, aliphatic diols and derivatives thereof 3) Mainly a) One or more aromatic hydroxycarboxylic acids and derivatives thereof and b) One or more aromatic hydroxyamines, aromatic diamines and derivatives thereof and c) Aromatic dicarboxylic acids and fats Polyesteramide comprising one or more cyclic dicarboxylic acids and derivatives thereof 4) Mainly a) aromatic hydroxycarboxylic acids and And b) one or more aromatic hydroxyamines, aromatic diamines and derivatives thereof and c) one or more aromatic dicarboxylic acids, alicyclic dicarboxylic acids and derivatives thereof. In the present invention, the ratio (A) / (B) of the thermoplastic resin (A) to the liquid crystal polymer (B) is 99/1 to 50/50,
Preferably it is 99/1 to 80/20. (A) / (B) is 99/1
If it is larger, the fibrous liquid crystalline polymer does not show a substantial reinforcing effect, and (A) shows little advantage over the performance of the thermoplastic resin alone. On the other hand, if (A) / (B) is lower than 50/50, the matrix becomes a liquid crystalline polymer (B), so that the characteristics of the thermoplastic resin cannot be utilized.

In the present invention, the compounding amount of the filler (C) is 15 to 10 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the resin component comprising the components (A) and (B).
0 parts by weight, preferably 30 to 75 parts by weight. If the amount is less than 15 parts by weight, the effect of fixing the fibrillation of the liquid crystalline polymer at the center of the molded product is small, and the increase in flexural modulus does not exceed 5000 kgf / cm 2 even when the filler (C) is added. . Also,
If it exceeds 100 parts by weight, the fluidity becomes poor and the moldability deteriorates.

When injection molding a thin molded article, sufficient shear stress and extension stress are applied to the liquid crystalline polymer (B).
Since the liquid crystalline polymer is easy to fibrillate and the distance between the surface and the center is short, the liquid crystalline polymer (B) at the center of the molded product cools and solidifies before relaxing, and is fixed in a fibrous form inside the molded product. Therefore, high rigidity is exhibited. However,
When the thickness of the molded product is increased, the distance between the surface and the center becomes long, and the liquid crystalline polymer (B) cannot be cooled and solidified before being relaxed, and is deformed from fibrous to granular. Therefore, the original reinforcing effect cannot be exhibited, and the rate of increase in mechanical strength is lower than that of a thin-walled molded product. In other words, the longer the distance between the surface and the center is, the slower the internal cooling and solidification becomes, and the fibrous liquid crystalline polymer is relaxed. If the distance is more than 1.5 mm in the thickness of the molded article, cooling inside the molded article does not occur before the liquid crystalline polymer is relaxed. Therefore, in the present invention, the liquid crystalline polymer (B) is made into a fibrous form by blending the filler (C) to improve the heat conduction, and to rapidly cool and solidify the center of the molded product having a thickness of 1.5 mm or more. It can be fixed with. In the present invention, regardless of the shape of the filler (C), the conventional thermoplastic resin (A) and the liquid crystal polymer
High rigidity, which could not be exhibited by a thick molded article of the thermoplastic resin composition comprising (B), can be obtained. That is, in the present invention, even if a fibrous filler having a high reinforcing effect is not used, it is possible to obtain high rigidity which could not be exhibited conventionally, and the degree of freedom in material design is dramatically increased. Next, although not essential in the present invention, it is preferable to further mix a silane compound in the composition used in the present invention from the viewpoint of delamination. Here, the silane compound is one or more selected from vinylalkoxysilane, aminoalkoxysilane, and mercaptoalkoxysilane. Examples of the vinylalkoxysilane include vinyltriethoxysilane, vinyltrimethoxysilane, vinyltris (β -Methoxyethoxy) silane and the like, and aminoalkoxysilanes include, for example, γ-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, γ-aminopropylmethyldiethoxysilane, N- (β-aminoethyl) -γ -Aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, N
-Phenyl-γ-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, such as mercaptan, and γ-mercaptopropyltriethoxysilane. The amount of the silane compound is
With respect to 100 parts by weight of resin component consisting of component (a) and component (b)
It is 0.01 to 3.0 parts by weight, preferably 0.03 to 1.5 parts by weight. If the amount of component (c) is less than 0.01 part by weight, no improvement in delamination is observed, and if it is more than 3.0 parts by weight, the elastic modulus and strength are undesirably reduced.

EXAMPLES The present invention will now be described specifically with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples. still,
The evaluation method is as follows. (Flexural Modulus) The flexural modulus (kgf / cm 2 ) of a test piece having a thickness of 3.2 mm was measured according to ASTM D790. (Bending modulus increase value) The flexural modulus of the thermoplastic resin (A) is a, the flexural modulus when the filler (C) is blended is b, and the thermoplastic resin (A) and the liquid crystal polymer are The bending elastic modulus of the alloy of (B) is c, and the bending elastic modulus when the filler (C) is added thereto is d, and the alloy material newly developed by adding the filler to the alloy material according to the following equation is used. The flexural modulus increase e was determined. e = (d−c) − (b−a) e: Effect of fibrous liquid crystalline polymer inside molded article (dc): Internal fiberization + effect of filler (ba): Effect of the filler The flexural modulus a of the thermoplastic resin (A) and the filler (C)
With respect to the flexural modulus b when was blended, a test piece was prepared under the same conditions as in the corresponding examples and comparative examples, and the flexural modulus was evaluated. The results are shown as reference values. (Average aspect ratio of fibrous liquid crystalline polymer) After cutting the test piece used for the measurement of flexural modulus so that a plane parallel to the flow direction appears, the section is mirror-polished, and the center of the surface is electron microscope. Observed and evaluated. That is, the length and thickness of 50 arbitrarily selected fibrous liquid crystalline polymers were measured. In addition, about the length, the length observable on the surface was made into the length of the fiber. In the evaluation, those having an average aspect ratio of 6 or more were evaluated as ○, and those having an average aspect ratio less than 6 were evaluated as ×. The specimen used was used in the measurement of the (tape peeling test) flexural modulus, paste adhesive tape area 3.6 cm 2 in the vicinity of the gate, peeled it at a constant speed, the area of the resin portion adhered to the adhesive tape Was measured. Evaluation is peeling area 0.2 cm
