Description of the Related Art According to the prior art, due to chemical reasons such as permanent wave treatment and hair dye treatment, the smooth texture of hair may be lost, and a hard and crisp feel may be caused. In addition, the hair after washing is liable to have a dry and dry feeling due to the effect of the detergent due to the effect of the washing agent, and the combability is poor, and split ends, cut hairs, etc. are generated, and the hair is likely to be damaged. . Furthermore, hair is often mechanically damaged by brushing or the like. Silicon derivatives are often used as a raw material that protects hair from these mechanical damages, improves the feeling of unity after drying, improves combability with hair, and provides excellent gloss.

In particular, siloxane is known to impart flexibility, moist feeling, and smoothness, and is used in many hair cosmetics. However, even if these siloxanes and cationic surfactants are used to improve the texture of the hair, the durability of the hair cannot be expected sufficiently, and especially when siloxane is used in large amounts in hair or used repeatedly for a long time. However, there is a drawback that the hair has a squeaky feeling. In addition, a conditioning agent containing a large amount of oil such as silicone to improve the cohesiveness after drying makes it difficult for the active ingredient to fully spread to the entire hair at the time of application, and causes a feeling of stickiness to the dried hair. Therefore, there is a problem that a good finish feeling cannot be obtained. Furthermore, silicone derivatives such as siloxane may remain on the hair even after washing the hair, leaving a stiff feeling.

い。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The sugar fatty acid ester used in the cosmetic raw material according to this description is an esterified product of a polysaccharide of 2 or more monosaccharides and a fatty acid having 18 to 22 carbon atoms, and a monoester content of 20%. The following sugar fatty acid esters can be suitably used. Specific examples of the sugar constituting the sugar fatty acid ester include sucrose, maltose, maltitol, and trehalose. Examples of the fatty acid include linear saturated fatty acids such as stearic acid and behenic acid, 12-hydroxystearic acid and lanolin. Fatty acids and the like can be mentioned. The reason why the sugar used as the raw material of the sugar fatty acid ester is a polysaccharide of two or more monosaccharides is that monosaccharides are not preferable because of insufficient combability when used in hair cosmetics. In addition, the reason why fatty acids having 18 to 22 carbon atoms are used as fatty acids as raw materials of sugar fatty acid esters is that fatty acids having less than 18 carbon atoms can effectively suppress the sweating phenomenon when used in solid cosmetics. In addition, if the fatty acid has more than 22 carbon atoms, the solid cosmetic becomes too hard and the feeling of use is impaired, which is not preferable. In any case, the fatty acid having 18 to 22 carbon atoms is most preferable. This sugar fatty acid ester may be produced according to a conventional method, and includes dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), dimethylformamide (D
It may be produced by an ester reaction using MF) or N-methyl 2-pyrrolidone (NMP) as a solvent, a microemulsion ester method, a solventless ester method, or the like.

When the hair cosmetic composition is used, the siloxane has a soft and moist feeling on the hair. The sugar fatty acid ester provides excellent smoothness to the hair and an effect that does not give the hair a stiff feeling even after the hair is washed. Furthermore, in the present invention, a sugar fatty acid ester and a siloxane are used in combination in a cosmetic composition as a raw material for a cosmetic. When a solid cosmetic composition is used, the siloxane improves the solubility of the pigment, Fatty acid esters improve the dispersibility of pigments and solvents, and thus avoid the sweating phenomena of solid cosmetic compositions.

The reason why the content of the sugar fatty acid ester is 0.1 to 10% is as follows.
If the compounding amount is less than 0.1%, sufficient combability cannot be obtained and the hair will have a stiff feeling after shampooing.
If it is added in excess of 0%, the effect of the siloxane on imparting softness, moist feeling and smoothness to the hair is impaired, and in any case it is not preferred.

In any case, the object of the invention cannot be achieved.

Examples and test examples are shown. (Example 1) 34.2 g (0.1 mol) of sucrose and 129.4 g of DMSO as a reaction solvent were placed in a 500 ml flask and dissolved by heating. 64.7 g (0.22 mol) of methyl stearate and 0.26 g of potassium carbonate as a catalyst are added thereto and reacted at 92 to 95 ° C. and 15 to 20 mmHg for 6 hours. The conversion was 96.9%. After completion of the reaction, the catalyst is neutralized and filtered, and then most of DMSO is recovered under reduced pressure. The reaction product was dissolved in 3 times the volume of MEK, and recrystallized, filtered and dried to obtain 82.5 g of a white powder. The monoester content of this product was 15.4%. The monoester content was measured by measuring the monoester content in the sucrose ester described in Sugar Ester Monogatari (published on July 10, 1984 by Daiichi Kogyo Seiyaku Co., Ltd.). Based on the law. The outline of this method is a quantitative method for separating a monoester and a diester and a triester in a sugar ester by TLC, measuring a bound sugar by a colorimetric analysis method, and quantifying a monoester content in a total ester. is there.
