In recent years, with the trend toward higher-grade consumer clothing, flexible processing to increase added value,
2. Description of the Related Art Various post-processing such as antistatic processing and texture improvement processing are actively performed. Since these post-processings are performed under high temperature conditions, the dyes in the fibers of the obtained dyed product bleed due to heat, and there is a problem in that the wet fastness, particularly the washing fastness, is reduced. Thus, a dyed product of a hydrophobic fiber material having excellent light fastness, sublimation fastness and wet fastness is required. For example, when dyed using the above-described monoazo-based disperse dye, the dyed product is obtained. There is a problem that the light fastness of the dyed product is insufficient.

As a result of intensive studies to find a compound that can provide a dyed product, it is found that a specific 2- (2-hydroxy-4-amino-phenylazo or 2-hydroxy-4-N-substituted amino-phenylazo) thiophene compound is effective. And completed the present invention.

可能である。The monoazo compound of the present invention represented by the above formula (I) is useful for dyeing or printing a hydrophobic fiber material, particularly a polyester fiber material. For example, a dye dispersion is obtained by pulverizing fine particles together with a condensate of naphthalenesulfonic acid and formaldehyde or ligninsulfonic acid in an aqueous medium. The dye dispersion can be used as it is, or in the form of powder by spray-drying or the like. Dyeing, especially dip dyeing, a pH adjusting agent, a leveling agent and the like are added as necessary to a dyeing bath in which the monoazo compound of the present invention is dispersed in an aqueous medium, and then the hydrophobic fiber material is immersed. For polyester fiber,
Under pressure, usually 105 ° C. or higher, preferably 110 to 14
It can be performed in a temperature range of 0 ° C. Dyeing can also be performed at a relatively high temperature, for example, in the boiling state of water, in the presence of a carrier such as o-phenylphenol, trichlorobenzene or methylnaphthalene. Further, a so-called thermosol dyeing method in which the dye dispersion is padded on a cloth and then subjected to steaming or dry heat treatment at a temperature of 100 ° C. or higher is also applicable.

A solvent dyeing method using an organic solvent such as trichloroethylene or perchlorethylene as a dyeing medium is also possible.

A compounding agent may be added. Various post-processing such as softening processing, water-repellent processing, texture improvement processing, antistatic processing, and sanitary processing can also be performed on the obtained dyed product, if necessary.

Then, a clear blue dyeing obtained by dyeing or printing a hydrophobic fiber material such as a polyester fiber material using the compound is excellent in various fastnesses such as light fastness, sublimation fastness, and wet fastness. In particular, it has a feature that the washing fastness does not decrease even in heat setting or post-processing. For example, when a polyester fiber material is dyed in a dark color (JIS 2/1 density) and then heat-set, the washing fastness is lower than that of existing dyes even under test conditions (AATCC IIA method, etc.) corresponding to household washing. Notably better. In addition, when the monoazo compound of the present invention is used, ultrafine fibers such as microfibers, particularly polyester fibers having a denier of 1 denier or less, polyester fibers composed of irregular cross-section yarns, different shrinkage blended yarns or multiphase hybrid yarns, High-speed spun fibers, especially new hydrophobic fiber materials such as polyester fibers spun at a speed of 6000 m / min or more, can be dyed relatively easily in a dark color, as well as excellent robustness. Color, in particular a blue dyeing exhibiting fastness to washing.

9 parts, 2 parts of propionic acid and 8 parts of acetic acid were cooled to 5 ° C. or lower, and 2.95 parts of 43% nitrosylsulfuric acid was added dropwise to the mixture at 10 ° C. or lower. After the addition was completed, the mixture was further stirred at 5 ° C. The obtained diazo solution was added dropwise to a solution of 1.66 parts of 3-diethylaminophenol and 70 parts of methanol under ice-cooling. After completion of the dropwise addition, the reaction mixture was stirred for 1 hour under ice-cooling, and the precipitated crystals were separated by filtration, washed with methanol, and treated with the following formula.

Staining was performed at 60 ° C for 60 minutes. The dyed product is then subjected to a reduction washing treatment at 85 ° C. for 10 minutes with a treatment solution consisting of 3 parts of caseide, 3 parts of hydrosulfite, 3 parts of a betaine-type amphoteric surfactant and 3,000 parts of water, followed by washing with water and drying. The bright dark blue dyeings were excellent in sublimation fastness and wet fastness. The obtained dyed product was subjected to a soft antistatic treatment according to the following method. Sumitex softener in putt tank
A pad solution having a composition consisting of 10 g / L of LK-1 (softening agent manufactured by Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd.) and 5 g / L of Sumistat F-1 (antistatic agent manufactured by Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd.) was prepared. After soaking the dyed material, it was squeezed uniformly to a weight gain of 80%. The dyed material was immersed in the solution again, squeezed in the same manner, dried in the middle at 80 ° C. for 2 minutes, and heat-set at 170 ° C. for 1 minute. The wash fastness of the dyed product after the post-processing was excellent. In addition, the light fastness of the dyed material before post-processing,
