Description of the Related Art Conventionally, copper ammonia-based rayon yarns and viscose-based rayon yarns, which are cellulosic multifilaments, have a faster penetration of size liquid in sizing than synthetic fiber yarns, and are mainly sized by a roller touch method. The amount of glue adhering to the warp is 2.5% by weight to 4%
It is carried out in the range of about% by weight, and although not necessarily sufficient, a considerably satisfactory weaving efficiency and fabric quality are realized.

As a result, glue drops and fluffing occur at the time of weaving, eventually causing warp breakage, lowering the weaving efficiency and adversely affecting the quality of the fabric.

Even if a very large amount of sizing agent of from 6% by weight to 6% by weight is applied, not only is the weaving efficiency comparable to that of the conventional regenerated cellulose-based multifilament yarn obtained, but also the cost is disadvantageous. There is a problem that the warp becomes hard and the warp quality is significantly lowered due to the drawbacks of chika and ground cracks generated in the woven fabric.

As a result, it has been found that there is a close relationship between the tying fluff length of the sizing thread and the weaving property, and furthermore, the texture and the quality of the woven fabric, and that the lyocell fiber multifilament has a thickness of 200 t / m to 1000 t / m.
In the case where the twist is included, it has been found that it is more effective, and the present invention has been accomplished.

The present invention relates to a warp yarn for woven fabric, which is a 4% by weight glued yarn. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail. In the present invention, the lyocell fiber refers to a cellulose fiber obtained by dissolving cellulose in a mixed solvent of an organic solvent and water to form a cellulose solution, and wet-spinning or dry-spinning the solution as a spinning solution. That is, it is a cellulose fiber obtained by organic solvent spinning, and does not pass through the form of a cellulose derivative.

Using a multifilament of lyocell fiber obtained in the following production example, a 75 denier / 50 filament yarn was used, and a comparative test was performed by a squeeze roller method and a roller touch method. The conditions other than the gluing method were the same. The evaluation method used in this example is as follows. (Conjugating fluff length) The length of the fluff shown in FIG. 1 when the glued yarn is broken using a constant-speed extension type tensile tester according to JIS-L-1030. More specifically, when the glued yarn is broken, the single yarn is separated so as to branch off from the converging portion of the filament. If the lengths of the separated single yarns are not the same, the length from the branching start point of the longest branched single yarn to the broken end portion is measured.

(Warp stop) Weaving was performed for 24 hours x 10 days using three looms, and at this time the glue drop was visually observed, and the warp stop (fluff, breakage of warp) was converted per machine / day. .

(Woven fabric quality) After the refining and finishing of the woven fabric, the sensory evaluation is performed by touch, and in consideration of the occurrence of chika defects, ground cracking defects, and warp defects, the first class is very good, and the second class is slightly good. Based on the five-grade evaluation criteria of grade 3 = normal, grade 4 = slightly bad, grade 5 = poor, the results were ranked by five people and represented by the average value.

A 0.0% cellulose solution was prepared. The cellulose solution is subjected to air gap spinning at a discharge temperature of 124 ° C.
The spun yarn is scoured by washing with water, dried, and then oiled to the original yarn, and wound into a cheese without twisting.

If it is less than 10% by weight, the conjugated fluff length becomes long, the warp stop during weaving is high, and the defect of warp breakage in the woven fabric is also noticeable. When the glue adhesion amount exceeded 4.0% by weight, even when the tying fluff length was 30 mm or less, the ground cracking defect became noticeable in the woven fabric, and the woven fabric quality deteriorated.
