即ち、図３、図４、図５の形態例及び図５の変形例である図６において、一酸化炭素と水素の除去用処理剤又は処理剤層の空気流れ下流側に、二酸化炭素及び水の吸着材層として例えばゼオライト層を配設すると、空気中に含まれる二酸化炭素及び水と酸化処理により生成された二酸化炭素及び水をさらに高レベルまで吸着除去することができる。
即ち、図３、図４、図５の形態例及び図５の変形例である図６において、一酸化炭素と水素の除去用処理剤又は処理剤層の空気流れ下流側に、二酸化炭素及び水の吸着材層として例えばゼオライト層を配設すると、空気中に含まれる二酸化炭素及び水と酸化処理により生成された二酸化炭素及び水をさらに高レベルまで吸着除去することができる。

さらに、図５の形態例及び図５の変形例である図６では、前記吸着材層及び処理剤層を、単一容器にそれぞれ上述の順に層毎に区分して充填しているが、複数の容器にそれぞれ又は例えば２層と１層の如く充填して上述の順に直列に配設しても、本発明に含まれることはいうまでもない。さらに、図３、図４、図５の形態例及び図５の変形例である図６において、処理剤に二酸化炭素及び水を吸着する吸着材を混合してもよい。
さらに、図５の形態例及び図５の変形例である図６では、前記吸着材層及び処理剤層を、単一容器にそれぞれ上述の順に層毎に区分して充填しているが、複数の容器にそれぞれ又は例えば２層と１層の如く充填して上述の順に直列に配設しても、本発明に含まれることはいうまでもない。さらに、図３、図４、図５の形態例及び図５の変形例である図６において、処理剤に二酸化炭素及び水を吸着する吸着材を混合してもよい。
