In this compressor, a rotational force is input to a drive shaft 3 from an output shaft of an engine (not shown) via a pulley 1 and a magnet clutch 2. A slider 4 is slidably mounted. A support member 5 is fixed to the drive shaft 3 so as to rotate integrally therewith. The slider 4 and the support member 5 support a swash plate 6 formed in a donut shape so as to be movable in the center axis direction of the drive shaft 3 and swingably. The swash plate 6 has a state in which the slider 4 is fitted into a hole at the center, and one end thereof is locked by the support member 5, so that the swash plate 6 rotates while circumscribing the slider 4 with the rotation of the drive shaft 3. It has become. Also, the slope 6
Since the slider 4 can slide on the drive shaft 3, it can swing freely in the direction of the center axis of the drive shaft 3. Further, a cylinder 7 is formed parallel to the central axis of the drive shaft 3, and a piston 8 is incorporated inside the cylinder 7 so as to be slidable in the central axis direction. At the end of the piston 8, a holding portion 10 is formed which holds a guide shoe 9 which is disposed to face the swash plate 6 and faces the swash plate 6 and on which the swash plate 6 slides. That is, the holding unit 10 converts the swinging motion of the swash plate 6 into the reciprocating motion of the piston 8 via the guide shoe 9.

As is apparent from the above description, in the swash plate type compressor of the present invention, the processing for forming the holding surface is performed by forming one holding surface for one holding sharing member. Therefore, it is not necessary to perform a process that requires a long positioning time of the cutting tool, such as a process of forming a holding surface of a conventional piston, and the processing productivity is significantly improved.

Further, since the holding and sharing member can be formed separately from the piston, the holding surface can be formed of a material having higher wear resistance than before, and the wear resistance can be improved. As a result, noise and vibration are less likely to occur than in the conventional compressor, and the durability can be improved.
