2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, synthetic cotton made of polyester fiber, polypropylene fiber, or the like has been used as a cotton pad in a mattress or the like. This middle cotton is preferable because it is light, bulky, and excellent in flexibility and heat retention. However, this mattress using cotton padding is bulky and too flexible, and if you lie down on your body, the body will sink deeply, your posture at bedtime will be worse, and it will cause stiff shoulders and lower back pain. there were. In addition, there is also a drawback that when the sunken is large, it is difficult to turn over. In particular, when this mattress is used for an infant, there is also a disadvantage that the infant's posture is deteriorated or the infant is prevented from sleeping. Therefore, in order to impart hardness to the cotton filling, a plurality of synthetic fiber webs composed of low-melting synthetic fibers and high-melting synthetic fibers are laminated, and compression-molded by needle punching and heat treatment to form a middle layer for mattress. A method for producing hardened cotton has been proposed (JP-A-61-63766).

However, if it is intended to provide hardness only with synthetic fibers, the use density of the synthetic fibers must be significantly increased, and the resulting hardened cotton becomes expensive. There was a disadvantage that it would. In addition, there is a limit in the hardness that can be obtained only with synthetic fibers, and there is a drawback that a fundamental solution cannot be achieved. Furthermore, only a synthetic fiber web having a small fiber diameter does not have sufficient air permeability, and in some cases, it may give an unpleasant sensation when the temperature is high and the humidity is high particularly in summer.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail. First, the synthetic resin linear assembly referred to in the present invention is made of a thermoplastic polymer such as polyester, polypropylene, polyethylene and nylon. Among them, polyethylene terephthalate and polypropylene are preferable from the viewpoint of physical properties and economy. The wire diameter of the wire constituting the wire stack is 0.5 mm or more and 2 mm or less. If the wire diameter is less than 0.5 mm, the synthetic resin linear assembly is crushed at the time of use, and improvement in air permeability cannot be expected. On the other hand, if the wire diameter exceeds 2 mm, the cushion body becomes too hard, and the feeling of use becomes poor. This linear body has a three-dimensional curl, and the intersection of the linear bodies is fused. Such a synthetic resin linear assembly extrudes a heated melt of the thermoplastic polymer from a perforated nozzle with a predetermined thickness, and withdraws at a drawing speed lower than the extruding speed before solidifying to give a three-dimensional curl and an intersection point. And then solidified by cooling with water or the like. The linear body has a radius of 2 to 20 mm
It preferably has a degree of curl. The thickness of the synthetic resin linear assembly is about 10 to 40 mm, and the porosity is 80%.
It is better to do the above.

[0008] Synthetic fibrous webs contain thermally adhesive fibers. When the heat-adhesive fiber is heated to a temperature of about 100 to 220 ° C., the fiber surface softens or melts and exhibits adhesiveness. As the heat bonding fiber, a polyester fiber or a polyolefin fiber having a relatively low melting point is used,
Polyester type with high melting point polyester in the core, low melting point copolyester in the sheath, polypropylene with core in the core, low melting point polyethylene or copolymerized polyolefin in the sheath, A composite core-sheath type with polyester on the core and a low-melting polyolefin on the sheath, a similar combination of side-by-side bonding, or a single-component low-melting polymer Is mentioned. Here, the low-melting polyester is a copolymer composed of three or more types of structural units, and terephthalic acid, isophthalic acid, adipic acid, succinic acid, and the like are used as an acid component, and ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol are used as a glycol component. , 1,4-butanediol, 1,6-hexanediol, polyalkylene glycol and the like are used. Further, an oxycarboxylic acid unit such as ε-caprolactone may be copolymerized. Among them, polyester-based thermoadhesive fibers in which polyethylene terephthalate is disposed in the core and low melting point isophthalic acid copolymerized polyethylene terephthalate is disposed in the sheath are preferable because of their low cost and high adhesive strength. Thermal adhesive fiber also has fineness of 2
It may be about 50 denier. Suitably, these thermoadhesive fibers are used in the synthetic fiber web at 20 to 100%.

[0010] Specific examples of the synthetic fiber web 1 used in the present invention include a synthetic fiber web composed of a high-melting polyester fiber and a low-melting polyester fiber (thermo-bonding fiber), and a sheath made of a high-melting polyester fiber and a low-melting polyester component. And a synthetic fiber web composed of a composite fiber (thermo-adhesive fiber) having a high-melting polyester component as a core, and composed only of a composite fiber (thermo-adhesive fiber) having a sheath of a low-melting polyester component and a core of a high-melting polyester component. Synthetic fiber webs are preferably used. . The heat-adhesive fibers in the synthetic fiber web 1 bond the constituent fibers of the synthetic fiber web 1 to each other. For example, in the case of a high-melting polyester fiber and a low-melting polyester fiber, the high-melting polyester fibers are bonded to each other via the low-melting polyester fiber. In the case where the composite fiber is composed only of a composite fiber having a low-melting polyester component as a sheath and a high-melting polyester component as a core, the composite fibers are bonded to each other with the low-melting polyester component. This adhesion imparts a certain strength to the synthetic fiber web 1 and makes it difficult for the synthetic fiber web 1 to break. Also,
The thermal adhesive fibers in the synthetic fiber web 1 also bond the synthetic resin linear assembly 2 and the synthetic fiber web 1.
As a result, it is possible to prevent a deviation between the linear aggregate 2 as the core material and the synthetic fiber web 1.
