2. Description of the Related Art A general high-pressure washing machine (hereinafter, abbreviated as a washing machine) has a pump and a drive source (a gasoline engine, an electric motor, or the like) in a frame, and the pump and the drive source are a belt drive. And the like. The water supplied from the water suction port is sent out as high-pressure water from the pump, and a pressure regulating unit (for example, an unloader valve with a pressure regulating function (hereinafter, abbreviated as an unloader valve) or a pressure regulating valve) for adjusting the water pressure, a discharge port , And water was discharged through a nozzle gun.
In this washer, the output of the drive source, the water absorption flow rate, and the maximum discharge pressure are uniquely determined from the balance between the purpose of use and the price, but the output of the drive source = water absorption flow rate (≒ discharge flow rate) × discharge pressure / Since pump efficiency × K (conversion coefficient), the specification differs depending on the combination of the discharge flow rate and the discharge pressure. For example, even if the output of the drive source is the same 10 PS, on the one hand, the discharge flow rate is 15 L / min., The maximum discharge pressure is 180 kgf / cm 2 , on the other hand, the discharge flow rate is 30 L / min., The maximum discharge pressure is 90 kgf / cm 2 , etc. It is. In these washing machines, since the discharge flow rate is fixed, the discharge pressure is adjusted by the pressure adjusting unit in the range of 0 to the maximum discharge pressure.

For example, the detergency of a washer can be expressed by the product of (1) the cleaning area per unit time, that is, the cleaning efficiency, and (2) the degree of dirt removal per unit area. Then, the cleaning efficiency relates to the discharge flow rate of the cleaning machine, and the degree of dirt removal relates to the discharge pressure of the cleaning machine. For this reason, in actual use, a cleaning machine with low cleaning efficiency with low discharge flow rate x high discharge pressure but good dirt removal performance, and a high discharge flow rate with low discharge pressure but high cleaning efficiency with high discharge efficiency x low discharge pressure Had to be used separately with a low washer. Furthermore, since the conventional washing machine has a fixed discharge flow rate, when it is desired to use a washing machine having a medium discharge flow rate and a medium discharge pressure,
There is an inconvenience that a new specification of a cleaning machine must be prepared separately from the above two types of cleaning machines.

As described above, while it is assumed that a single washing machine is used, it is often necessary to select and use a plurality of washing machines, and if necessary, a plurality of washing machines having the same specifications are used. Therefore, securing a storage space for storing the plurality of washing machines has been regarded as an important issue.

In view of the above, the discharge flow rate and the discharge pressure can both be adjusted in a single washing machine so that a single washing machine can cope with a plurality of operations. In addition to examining the device configuration of the washing machine that can be adjusted in conjunction with the pressure and the discharge pressure, and especially if it is necessary to use and store multiple washing machines at the same time, in order to improve the handling convenience, We decided to study the specifications of the machine frame.

Next, the switching of the discharge flow rate will be described with reference to the configuration diagram of this embodiment (FIG. 3). In this example, the unloader valve ULH corresponds to low discharge flow rate × high discharge pressure, and the unloader valve UHL corresponds to high discharge flow rate × low discharge pressure. In the case of low discharge flow rate × high discharge pressure, the engine 4 and the pump Pa are connected, and the tension clutch Tb is operated by the change lever 3 to disconnect the pump Pb from the engine 4. Therefore, only the flow path from the water intake port 1 through the pump Pa is controlled by the port switching valve 15 to the unloader valve ULH.
Is sent to the discharge port 2 through the check valve 18. The discharge port 2 is provided with a nozzle gun NLH suitable for low discharge flow rate × high discharge pressure. FIG. 4 (corresponding to FIG. 3 in which the relevant portion is extracted) shows an example in which the pressure regulator is constituted by pressure regulators CLH and UHL instead of the unloader valves ULH and UHL.

When the change lever 3 is switched, the tension clutch Tb operates to connect the engine 4 and the pump Pb, and the engine 4 is connected to both the pump Pa and the pump Pb. At the same time, the change lever 3 switches the port switching valve 15 to connect the pump Pa to the unloader valve UHL. In this way, the flow path from the water inlet 1 through the pump Pa and the flow path from the water inlet 1 through the pump Pb are both guided to the unloader valve UHL, and send water to the discharge port 2 through the check valve 18. In this embodiment, a pump Pa and an unloader valve UL are used.
From H, a flow path of low discharge flow rate × high discharge pressure is connected to pumps Pa,
The discharge flow rate is increased by using two Pb units at the same time, and at the same time, the flow path extending from the pump Pa is switched from the unloader valve UHL to the unloader valve UHL to form a flow path of high discharge flow rate × low discharge pressure. In addition, since the selection or combination of the flow paths is realized by the change lever 3, (1) connection / disconnection between the engine 4 and the pump Pb and (2) operation of the port switching valve 15 are realized in a linked manner. The discharge pressure and the discharge flow rate can be safely and reliably adjusted without passing through a high discharge flow rate and a high discharge pressure. The nozzle gun NLH
There is an off-the-shelf nozzle gun that can switch between the nozzle guns NHL and NHL by using a single unit. If such a nozzle gun with a switching function is used, there is no need to change the nozzle guns NLH and NHL.

Next, another embodiment will be described.
FIG. 8 shows that the engine 4 and the pump Pa are connected by belt drives Da and Db having different reduction ratios, and the change lever 3 is operated to connect one of the belt drives Da and Db and extend from the pump Pa by switching to release the other. FIG. 4 is a configuration diagram corresponding to FIG. 3 of an example in which a connection destination of a flow path is switched between unloader valves ULH and UHL. Both belt drives Da and Db have tension clutches Ta and Tb, and either of them works by switching the change lever 3, and the pump Pa is connected to the engine 4 by the belt drive Da (high reduction ratio) or the belt drive Db (reduction speed ratio). It is supposed to. In this example, the pump Pa
Is controlled by switching the belt drives Da and Db to switch the discharge flow rate.

When the engine 4 and the pump Pa are connected by the belt drive Da, the pump Pa has a low discharge flow rate, and the flow path extending from the pump Pa is connected to the unloader valve ULH. When the change lever 3 is switched, the pump Pa is connected to the engine 4 by the belt drive Db and has a high discharge flow rate.
Reconnect the flow path extending from a to the unloader valve UHL. This example reduces the number of pumps and is suitable for a relatively small washer.

FIG. 9 shows that the flow path extending from the pump Pa is connected to the unloader valve ULH and the flow path extending from the pump Pb, while the portion for switching between the pump Pa and the pump Pb by operating the change lever 3 is the same as in the example of FIG. FIG. 4 is a diagram corresponding to FIG. 3, in which the port switching valve 15 is omitted by fixing the connection destination to the unloader valve UHL and adjusting the outputs of both unloader valves ULH and UHL at the discharge port 2. The belt drive Da always connects the engine 4 and the pump Pa, and the belt drive Db with the tension clutch Tb connects and disconnects the engine 4 and the pump Pb by operating the change lever 3. In this example, only the pump Pa is used when the discharge flow rate is low, and the discharge flow rate is adjusted by using both the pumps Pa and Pb when the discharge flow rate is high.

The specifications of the unloader valves ULH and UHL may be the same, but in this example, different specifications are used. First, when the connection by the belt drive Db is disconnected by the tension clutch Tb and only the pump Pa is connected to the engine 4, the flow path extending from the pump Pa guides water to the discharge port 2 via the unloader valve ULH. When the tension clutch Tb is operated by operating the change lever 3 to connect the engine 4 to the pump Pb, the flow path extending from the pump Pb in addition to the flow path extending from the pump Pa passes to the discharge port 2 via the unloader valve UHL. It leads to water and the flow increases. In this example, the discharge flow rate is adjusted by adjusting the number of flow paths.

FIG. 10 shows that the pump Pa and the pump Pb are switched by operating the change lever 3 in the same manner as in the example of FIG. 3, but the pump Pa has an unloader valve ULH and an unloader valve UL1 (L: low discharge flow rate × L: (Low discharge pressure, the same applies hereinafter) via a port switching valve 15, and a pump Pb is provided with a flow path connecting an unloader valve UL2 of the same specification as the unloader valve UL1 to increase the discharge flow rate. FIG. 4 is a diagram corresponding to FIG. 3 of an example in which the output of the unloader valve UL1 and the output of the unloader valve UL2 are matched at the discharge port 2. The change lever 3 operates a port switching valve 15 for switching a connection destination of a flow path extending from the pump Pa between the unloader valve ULH and the unloader valve UL1 in conjunction with connection and disconnection of the engine 4 and the pump Pb. Except that the unloader valve UL1 and the unloader valve UL2 of the same specification are in parallel, the pump Pa
Similar to the example of FIG. 3 in which the flow path from the pump is switched, but when the pumps Pa and Pb are used together, different unloader valves UL
By allocating L1 and UL2, the discharge flow rate can be increased as compared with the example of FIG.

The specifications of the unloader valves ULH, UL1, UL2, and the pumps Pa, Pb may be different from each other. In this embodiment, the unloader valve UL1, the unloader valve UL2, and the pumps Pa, Pb have the same specification. First, when the belt drive Db is disconnected by the tension clutch Tb and only the pump Pa is connected to the engine 4, the flow path extending from the pump Pa is connected to the unloader valve ULH.
The water is guided to the discharge port 2 through When the tension clutch Tb operates by operating the change lever 3 to connect the engine 4 to the pump Pb, the flow path extending from the pump Pa is switched to the unloader valve UL1, and the flow path extending from the pump Pb is moved together with the unloader valve UL2. Discharge port 2
To lead the water. Unloader valve UL1, UL2
Although each of them has a low discharge flow rate, a high discharge flow rate is realized by combining them. In this example, the cost can be reduced by using an inexpensive unloader valve having a low discharge flow rate and a low discharge pressure.

FIG. 11 shows that the engine 4 and the pump Pa are connected by belt drives Da and Db having different reduction ratios, and one of the belt drives Da and Db is connected by operating the change lever 3 and the pump Pa is switched by releasing the other. FIG. 4 is a configuration diagram corresponding to FIG. 3 of an example in which a connection destination of a flow path extending from the unloader valve ULH and a parallel flow path of the unloader valves UL1 and UL2 are switched. The switching of the pump Pa is equivalent to FIG. 8, and the switching between the unloader valve UHL and the parallel flow paths of UL1 and UL2 is equivalent to FIG. Since the number of pumps can be reduced and a configuration suitable for a relatively small washing machine can be used together with an unloader valve of the same specification, the cost as a washing machine can be suppressed.

FIG. 13 shows that the engine 4 and the pump Pa are connected by belt drives Da, Db, Dc having different reduction ratios, and the belt drives Da, Db, Dc are operated by operating the change lever 3.
FIG. 4 is a configuration diagram corresponding to FIG. 3 showing an example in which the connection destination of the flow path extending from the pump Pa is switched between the unloader valves ULH, UMM, and UHL by switching only one of the above and connecting the other. The switching of the pump Pa is equivalent to FIG. 8, and the switching of the unloader valves ULH, UMM, UHL is equivalent to FIG. With a configuration in which the selection range of the discharge flow rate is increased without increasing the number of pumps, the range of the combination of the discharge flow rate and the discharge pressure is widened, but the switching of the belt drives Da, Db, Dc and the operation of the port switching valve 15 are performed. Are linked by the change lever 3, there is no danger of dangerous high discharge flow rate × high discharge pressure, and the discharge flow rate and discharge pressure can be adjusted safely and reliably.
