Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clearly printed article to be manufactured without passing through a printing plate manufacturing step by causing a liquid ink to be absorbed and fixed into the surface layer face of a heat-transfer sheet. SOLUTION: A mixed resin obtained by stirring a 0-80 μm powder copolymerized polyamide resin which reaches an adhesion temperature at 100-160 deg.C and a solution containing a mixture of polyvinyl alcohol with a low degree of saponification and a basic surfactant in a solution-like polyurethane resin is applied to a base material 1A on the surface layer of which a silicone coat with 10% of active component with the help of a silk screen coating machine. In addition, a white concealing sheet is manufactured by applying a thermoplastic polyurethane resin 3 in the thickness of 20 μm on a base material 1B on the surface layer face of which the silicone coat with 20% of active component, and further, applying a urethane white ink resin in the thickness of 5 μm on the polyurethane resin 3. Thus a heat-transfer sheet is manufactured by absorbing and fixing a liquid ink image into a transfer sheet with the help of a liquid ink-type electronic picture printing device, and then is fitted to the white concealing sheet. Thus it is possible to manufacture the printed article easily.

2. Description of the Related Art A silk-screen printing machine is used to form a plate of one color and one plate on a paper or a film that has been subjected to a release treatment on cloth, paper, wood, metal, glass, plastic, pottery and the like. In addition, there is a thermal transfer printing method using a transfer sheet in which a plate for providing an adhesive layer is raised and printed and applied, but the cost up to the production of printed matter in the plate making process and the delivery time are required, and the production quantity of one pattern is large and personal. It was quite difficult to get a personalized print. Also, dry toner
There is also color copy transfer, but when trying to obtain a printed matter on a personal level, the color copy machine itself is expensive, so it cannot be used close to the user, and the cost of manufacturing the printed matter can be reduced. It took delivery.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION A silk screen coating machine adheres a surface layer at 100 ° C to 160 ° C on a sheet substrate which has been subjected to a release treatment with a 10% active ingredient silicone solution. A solution obtained by mixing a low-polyvinyl alcohol and a basic surfactant in a polyurethane resin in a solution state and a powder copolymerized polyamide resin having a temperature of 0 to 80 microns and reaching a temperature is stirred. Is coated and dried to form a transfer sheet for a light-colored transfer receiving member provided with an 80 micron liquid ink absorbing and fixing adhesive layer. Using a silk screen coating machine, the sheet is coated with a thermoplastic polyurethane resin for bonding onto a sheet base material whose surface layer has been subjected to a release treatment with a 20% silicone solution of an active ingredient. Apply 20 micron, and from above, urethane white The Nki resin made with 5 micron coating. A transfer sheet constructed as described above was transferred to a Power Macintosh 7200 manufactured by Apple Computer.
(Hereinafter, referred to as a PC), a liquid ink electronic image printing apparatus (trade name: Bubble Jet Printer-BJC455) manufactured by Canon Inc., which is used as an output apparatus such as a PC.
J), output the image drawn on the PC, absorb the liquid ink image on the transfer sheet and place it on the thermal transfer sheet.
A heat transfer sheet on the white surface of the white hiding sheet.
The heat transfer sheet and the white concealing sheet are brought into close contact with each other by pressing the image surface of the sheet with the iron set at a cotton display or at a medium or high temperature from the top. 0 used for thermal transfer sheet
The surface copolymer layer formed irregularities on the surface layer by the powder copolymerized polyamide of ~ 80 microns, thereby creating an escape path for air, enabling easy adhesion even when heated and pressed with an iron from above. After the contact, the substrate is slightly cooled, and then the base material on the white concealing sheet side is peeled off.
Since the amount of silicone on the base material of the white concealing sheet is larger than the amount of silicone on the base material of the closely adhered thermal transfer sheet, the white ink resin layer of the white concealing sheet and the polyurethane for adhesion are used. The resin layer is in close contact with the thermal transfer sheet, and the base material of the white concealing sheet can be easily peeled off together with the silicone release treatment layer. The peeled side of the white concealed adhesive layer surface should be opposed to the dark transfer object, cloth, paper, wood, metal, glass, plastic, ceramics, etc. The temperature was set at a medium to high temperature, the pressure was strongly applied for 15 seconds, and the substrate of the thermal transfer sheet was peeled off while hot. Then, the image of the liquid ink was concealed in white, and the color of the dark-colored transfer-receiving member was suppressed, and the liquid ink image was printed clearly. In addition, even if the surface of the thermal transfer sheet for absorbing liquid ink is washed with 0 to 0,
Because of the 80-micron powder copolymerized polyamide, it was crushed by heating and pressurizing and wrapped the liquid ink, and furthermore, the printed matter was formed with the liquid ink which was clear and did not fade by being concealed in white. In this way, it is possible to obtain personally desired prints in a short time and at low cost.

As described above, according to the present invention, a full-color liquid ink image is absorbed and fixed on a transfer sheet using an inexpensive liquid ink type electronic image printing apparatus as an output device of a PC. A thermal transfer sheet is made, and the powder copolymerized polyamide on the substrate is crushed by heat and pressure to wrap the liquid ink,
Makes it hard to discolor even when washed. Further, by adhering and adhering to a white concealing sheet, a clear print can be formed on a dark-colored cloth, and it is robust with almost no discoloration and good feeling because it contains a polyurethane resin. Therefore,
The present invention eliminates the plate-making process, provides a simple, inexpensive, and robust transfer material, and provides a clear print using a liquid ink type electronic image printing apparatus as much as desired in a short time, even personally. It has industrial utility value.
