【発明の名称】撥水性ガラスコートおよび撥水性ガラスコートの製造方法
Claims (4)
- メトキシシリル基またはエトキシシリル基を含有するフッ化炭素化合物と、酸化珪素を主成分とするガラスの前駆体であるメトキシシランまたはエトキシシラン化合物との混合溶液を、酸性触媒と水の存在下で加水分解させて脱水重合させる工程と、前記混合溶液を固体基材に塗布する工程と、
前記固体基材表面をアルカリ性溶液に曝すことにより、加水分解していない前記フッ素炭素化合物または前記ガラスの前駆体の化合物を加水分解させて脱水重合させる工程と、
前記基材を乾燥する工程と、
前記基材を熱処理することにより前記加水分解したフッ化炭素化合物または前記ガラスの前駆体の化合物を脱水重合させる工程とを備えることを特徴とする撥水性ガラスコートの製造方法。 - 基材をアルカリ性溶液に曝す際に、前記基材をアルカリ溶液に浸漬させることを特徴とする請求項１記載の撥水性ガラスコートの製造方法。
- 基材をアルカリ性溶液に曝す際に、前記基材をアルカリ溶液の蒸気に曝すことを特徴とする請求項１記載の撥水性ガラスコートの製造方法。
- 請求項１記載の製造方法で製造された撥水性ガラスコート。
