【発明の属する技術分野】鋭角の無いガラス砂は廃棄物
ガラスを粉砕再加工し鋭角の無いガラス砂に加工し、既
存市販品、又は製造加工素材の紙、布、ゴム、ビニール
等の各巾、長さの異なった素材テープにガラス砂を接
着、ローラ圧したテープである。

【従来の技術】現況では、一般市販塗料を刷毛引又は吹
付、ローラ等で、塗装作業で乾燥が必要で厄介である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】舗装面の作業は刷毛
引、吹付、ローラ等の現場施工の為、難儀で汚れる上技
能が必要とする、又塗装面に泥等が付着した場合、白線
等の色が変るため夜間などは、道路の車線、停止線等が
良く見えない、其の上滑べるので危険である。

【課題を解決するための手段】これに対して接着テープ
である為、作業は簡単で手早い上特別技能を必要としな
い、その上清潔で楽な作業である。汚れなどはガラスで
あるため付着し難く、泥などは雨水で直ぐに洗流すこと
が出来、道路車線等は反射光により鮮明でガラス粒が小
さい為滑らない。

【実施例】一般市販品、両面強力接着、白色ビニールテ
ープ巾１５ｃｍに鋭角の無いガラス砂をテープに均等に
散布接着した上ゴムローラーで圧押したものをアスファ
ルト舗装面に巾４５ｃｍ、長さ６Ｍを接着、僅か５分位
で作業は終った。昼間はピカピカ反射光を発し夜間は電
灯光、月の光等でやはり、反射光を発した。、又、車の
光では５０Ｍ先からは充分鮮明であった。泥をガラステ
ープ上に置き車で圧し、水洗したが、色は変わらなかっ
た。又、子供を遊ばせたところ、子供が転んだが怪我な
どはなかった。降雪地方のアスファルト舗装面に巾３０
ｃｍ、長さ４Ｍのガラス砂接着テープを接着し、１夜で
３０ｃｍの降雪、アスファルト舗装面が溶けるのに３日
間用したが、ガラス砂接着テープを接着した部分は１日
で溶けた。

に接着した。作業工程は従来と比較すると短時間での作
業であった。汚れず特別技能は必要がない。ガラス砂接
着テープは、昼夜は反射光で舗装上の線などは鮮明で、
車線などには充分効果を発揮することが出来る。又、降
雪地域では、アスファルト面と比較しても溶雪が早く、
特に降雪地域での使用は良好で本申請は達成される。

- 【請求項１】 各色、各巾、長の異なった素材に鋭角の
無いガラス砂を接着したテープを路面、床等に接着する
と、反射光を発し車の安全、溶雪、滑り止防止又は床化
粧用接着テープである。
