い。包囲ガラスkの部分を、各器具に当接して温度の検
出をするためには、なるべく面積が広い方がよいのに、
公知のものは、半分は左電極e及び右電極fとリード線
gの接続部であるから、この点が課題である。しかる
に、本発明は、四角板状のアルミナ質基板1の表側2に
幅狭い周縁部3は残してサーミスタ4を設け、該サーミ
スタ4の左右側に左電極5及び右電極6を夫々取付け、
該左電極5及び右電極6には裏面7に達する左連結部8
と右連結部9を設け、裏面7には左右連結部8、9に夫
々接続される連結裏面左電極10と連結裏面右電極11
を設け、該連結裏面左電極10と連結裏面右電極11と
に夫々リード線12、13の芯線14、15をハンダ1
6、17で熔接し、前記サーミスタ4の周囲は包囲ガラ
ス18で包囲した温度検出具としたから、図1の公知例
に比べ、サーミスタ4の受熱面積が広くなって、精度が
向上し、小型に形成できる効果がある。
