タに、所要の電線を略垂直下方へ屈曲して上記端子挿入
面から挿入する工程を含むワイヤハーネスの製造方法で
あって、 前工程で一部の端子付電線が挿入された上記多極コネク
タを、作業板上でのワイヤハーネスの布線形態で定めら
れた正規位置に配置されたコネクタ受け具で保持し、該
コネクタ受け具による保持で、上記ホルダーを作動させ
て相手側コネクタとの嵌合姿勢に対応する下降状態に変
位させることにより、端子挿入面を上面に露出させ、該
状態で端子挿入面から他の端子付電線を布線工程中に挿
入し、 上記多極コネクタへの全ての端子付電線の挿入が完了し
た後、上記コネクタ受け具の近傍で挿入される端子付電
線の布線経路に配置されると共に、端子付電線の挿入過
程では布線経路の下方に退避させた昇降可能な電線受け
具を、少なくとも多極コネクタのホルダーの上昇位置に
対応する高さ位置まで上昇させて、挿入された端子付電
