[0003] For example, in addition to the permanent bonding adhesive, an adhesive that cures quickly is applied to the back surface of the ceiling plate, and temporarily fastened with an adhesive that cures quickly until the final adhesive is cured. However, in this case as well, it is necessary to hold the ceiling plate by some holding means until the fast curing adhesive is cured. In addition, when an instant adhesive is used as an adhesive that cures quickly, it takes a little time to slide the ceiling plate and perform the work of positioning and joining the adjacent ceiling plate by fitting the real part and the fitting recess. In such a case, the instant adhesive is hardened, so that the ceiling plate cannot be slid and cannot be put to practical use at all.

[0004] Therefore, the present inventor, in the process of reaching the present invention,
Adhere a double-sided adhesive tape to the ceiling base surface, attach a ceiling plate with adhesive applied to the back (upper surface), and temporarily fix it with double-sided adhesive tape until the adhesive is cured and fully fixed Was. However, the ceiling plate is placed on the lower surface side of the double-sided adhesive tape, and the ceiling plate is slid in the lateral direction to perform positioning work, or work to join the adjacent ceiling plate by fitting the real part and the fitting recess. Even, the ceiling plate is stuck to the adhesive layer on the lower surface of the double-sided adhesive tape,
It turned out that there was a problem that it was not possible to slide in the horizontal direction, and positioning work and joining work could not be performed.

Means for Solving the Problems To solve the above-mentioned problems, a method for constructing a ceiling panel according to the present invention comprises the steps of:
3, a net 4 is laminated on the adhesive layer 2 on one side of the double-sided adhesive tape 5, and the adhesive layer 3 on the ceiling base surface 6 with the surface on which the net 4 is laminated of the double-sided adhesive tape 5 facing down. Then, the ceiling plate 8 partially coated with the adhesive 7 on the back surface is slid sideways in a state where the ceiling plate 8 is applied to the net 4 laminated on the adhesive layer 2 on the lower surface of the double-sided adhesive tape 5 and is slid sideways. The boards 8 are joined to each other by fitting the real part 9 and the fitting recess 10 at the side ends, and the ceiling board 8 is
Strongly, the ceiling plate 8 is stuck to the adhesive layer on the lower surface side to temporarily support the ceiling plate 8, and in this temporarily supported state, the adhesive 7
Is cured, and the ceiling plate 8 is adhered to the ceiling base surface 6 with the adhesive 7. With such a configuration, the ceiling plate 8 partially coated with the adhesive 7 on the back surface is slid sideways while in contact with the net 4 laminated on the adhesive layer 2 on the lower surface of the double-sided adhesive tape 5. When the adjacent ceiling plates 8 are joined to each other by fitting the real portion 9 and the fitting concave portion 10 at the side end portions, the ceiling plate 8 smoothly hits the net 4 and does not adhere to the adhesive layer 2. After the real part 9 and the fitting recess 10 are fitted, the ceiling plate 8 is strongly pressed against the double-sided adhesive tape 5 so that the net 4 part sinks and the adhesive is The ceiling plate 8 is stuck to the layer 2 and temporarily supported, and the ceiling plate 8 can be temporarily held securely until the adhesive 7 is hardened and permanently fixed.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5, a ceiling plate 8 in which an adhesive 7 such as a one-component urethane adhesive is partially applied in a spot shape or a line shape on the back surface (upper surface) is attached to both sides. In this state, the black line A is aligned with one side of the ceiling plate 8 in the longitudinal direction and one short side is aligned with the black line B, as shown in FIG. In this case, as shown in FIG. 7, the ceiling plate 8 only hits the net 4 and does not hit the exposed portion of the adhesive layer 2, so that the ceiling plate 8 can be slid smoothly to the side to facilitate alignment. be able to. Here, if the net 4 is formed of a nonwoven fabric as in the embodiment, the adhesive slightly exudes to the lower surface of the net 4 made of the nonwoven fabric, and the net 4
The lower surface of the net 4 has a weak adhesive property, so that it does not hinder the sliding of the ceiling plate 8 in a state where the ceiling plate 8 is in contact with the lower surface of the net 4. Hold the net 4 when moving the slide
The ceiling plate 8 can be slid in a state in which the ceiling plate 8 does not drop downward by a certain amount so that the work can be easily performed. Of course, the net 4 may be formed of a material other than the nonwoven fabric, and the lower surface of the net 4 may not be made to have weak adhesiveness. Here, when the width of the short side of the ceiling plate 8 is 303 mm, the distance between the two double-sided adhesive tapes 5 is set to about 250 mm, and the distance between the two ends of the ceiling plate 8 in the width direction is set inward. 23
The ceiling plate 8 is temporarily bonded and temporarily held by the double-sided adhesive tape 5 at a position shifted inward by about 24 mm.
In other words, if the double-sided adhesive tape 5 is positioned deviated to the outside in the width direction, the double-sided adhesive tape 5 may hinder the fitting operation between the real part 9 and the fitting concave part 10 in the next row,
Further, if it is positioned too inward, the widthwise end of the ceiling plate 8 is likely to hang down, and the effect of temporary holding may not be sufficiently exhibited. When the adhesive 7 is partially applied to the back surface of the ceiling plate 8 in a spot shape or a line shape, the double-sided adhesive tape 5 is applied when the ceiling plate 8 is constructed.
Is applied so as to be in a position avoiding the above. The width of the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 5 is, for example, 18 mm, but is not limited thereto.
