Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a lane marking, a cylindrical sign made of a soft synthetic resin such as a soft urethane resin is erected on a road surface by a pedestal, and a strip-shaped retroreflective sheet is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the sign. Some are stuck. The sign body is made of a soft synthetic resin in order to flexibly deform and restore the vehicle even when the vehicle comes into contact with or trample on the vehicle, and also to relieve damage or shock to the vehicle. Further, the retroreflective sheet is used to retroreflect the light of the headlights of the vehicle to enhance nighttime visibility.

Further, in a cold region, there is a disadvantage that the adhesive strength of the retroreflective sheet is reduced due to the influence of the cold and the sheet is peeled off. As described above, the conventional lane marker has a problem in that nighttime visibility is reduced due to peeling of the retroreflective sheet.

As the self-luminous lane separation marker, a light source device such as a light-emitting diode is attached to the upper part of the sign, or a window in which a light source device such as a light bulb is built in the sign and the light is provided at the upper part of the sign Some of them emit more. However, these self-luminous lane markings do not illuminate the entire sign, and the light source device is easily damaged when the vehicle comes into contact with or is trampled on. Does not emit light. In the case of using a light bulb, the life of the light bulb is short and the light bulb needs to be frequently replaced.

ものである。Accordingly, the present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, so that the sign body as a whole shines, and the sign body and the light source device are hardly damaged even when the vehicle comes into contact with or trample on the vehicle. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a self-luminous lane marker that can reduce the failure of the light source device to stop emitting light and maintain the life of the light source device for a long time.

In other words, the self-luminous lane marker according to the present invention is such that a cylindrical sign made of a soft synthetic resin having translucency is detachably mounted on a road surface by a pedestal and a light source device is provided below the sign. A self-luminous lane marker separated from the light source device so that light is emitted from the side surface of the sign body, wherein the light source device is housed in a storage case buried underground and has an optical axis. A plurality of light-emitting diodes are arranged upward, a protective cover made of a light-transmitting synthetic resin is mounted on the light-emitting diodes, and at least a substrate supporting the light-emitting diodes and a wiring portion are watertight in a synthetic resin molded body. The molded body made of a soft synthetic resin is attached to the inner surface of the top of the sign body, and the light from the lower side of the light source device is almost immersed in the lower part of the molded body opposed to the light source device. Is characterized in that the reverse triangular reflective surface be released from the side surface of the marker body is reflected in the direction is formed.

The sign body as a whole shines, and the sign body has a molded body attached to the top inner surface, and a lower part of the molded body opposed to the light source device reflects light from below by the light source device in a substantially horizontal direction. Since the triangular reflecting surface is formed, intense light, particularly in the horizontal direction, that is, in the vehicle direction, is emitted from the side surface near the top of the sign and shines very brightly, so that night visibility is significantly improved.

Even if it is trampled, the sign body and the attached molded body are flexibly bent and deformed easily, and the light source device is protected in the underground storage case, so that the sign body and the light source device are not easily damaged. In addition, since a protective cover made of a light-transmitting synthetic resin is mounted on the light emitting diodes of the light source device arranged with the optical axis facing upward, the light emitting diodes are also protected by this protective cover. The light source device is not easily damaged.

As a result, the light source device is excellent in water resistance, and failures such as the light source device not emitting light when immersed in water are reduced.

In addition, as for the light source device, if the storage case in which the light source device is stored is not directly buried in the ground, the protection case is buried in the ground, and the storage case is detachably stored in the protection case. If the light source device is damaged, the light source device can be easily replaced by removing the storage case from the protective case.

Then, when the vehicle is trampled, the compressed air in the sign body passes through the open pores of the molded body through the open cells, so that the sign body can be prevented from bursting, and the through hole can be prevented. Since the molded body performs the function of a filter with respect to more invading dust, contamination in the sign body can be prevented, and therefore, a decrease in the amount of light emitted from the sign body can be prevented.

The reflective surface is easily attacked by the influence of sulfur dioxide gas or winter snow melting agent that promotes corrosion, so if the reflective surface is formed by sticking a mirror film made of aluminum evaporated polyester film or aluminum laminated polyester film, The reflective surface is less likely to be affected.

A reflection surface 61 is formed. Then, when the light emitting diode 42 of the light source device 4 is turned on or turned on and off, the light L passes through the protective cover 45 and travels through the inside of the sign 1 while slightly diffusing upward from below. A part of the diffused light L is emitted as it is from the side surface of the sign 1 to make the entire side lightly shine, and most of the light L is reflected almost horizontally by the reflection surface 61 of the molded body 6 to become the light L heading for the vehicle. Is released
The side surface near the top of the sign 1 is made extremely bright.

Even if it is trampled, the sign body and the attached molded body are flexibly bent and easily restored, and the light source device is protected in the underground storage case, so that the sign body and the light source device are not easily damaged. In addition, in the light source device, a protective cover made of a light-transmitting synthetic resin is mounted on the light-emitting diodes arranged with the optical axis facing directly upward, so that the light-emitting diodes are also protected by this protective cover. The device is hard to break.
