Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion for a person to sit thereon with which a projection on a human body called ischiadic tuber does not press the hip locally. SOLUTION: The seat face 2 of a cushion contacting with the hip 1 of a person sitting is furnished with a recess 3 in a position mating with the projection on human body called an ischiadic tuber. This cushion 4 with recess 3 is laid under the user's hip, which is thereby liberated from plane contacting because the contacting with seat face 2 becomes line contacting, compared with the conventional structure in which all surface contacting is made. Thus fatigue of the hip is reduced to a great extent.

2. Description of the Related Art When driving a car, the buttocks of the human body are pressed by the vertical vibration of the car and the centrifugal force generated by the curve, and fatigue accumulates. This fatigue is greatly affected by the fact that the projection called the ischial tuberosity that protrudes below the ischium of the human body locally presses the buttocks.Conventionally, to reduce this fatigue, seat cushions are placed, Stopped occasionally, extended his back and took a break. In the case of seat laying, increasing the thickness was the only way to further reduce this fatigue. However, the posture becomes unstable in thick sitting,
There was a new problem that the seat surface became hot and stuffy. In addition, there has been a problem that the weight becomes bulky.

This has the following disadvantages. (B) Regardless of the thickness of the conventional seat cushion, the projection called the ischial tuberosity presses the buttocks through the contact surface, so that the effect of reducing the buttocks fatigue is limited. (B) Further, when a thick seat cushion is used, there are new problems such as an unstable posture, and the seat surface is overheated and stuffy. In addition, there has been a problem that the weight becomes bulky. The present invention has been made to eliminate the above disadvantages.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below. (A) A concave portion (3) is provided on a seat surface (2) in contact with the buttocks (1). (B) The concave portion (3) is installed at a position where a projection (5) called an ischial tubercle hits the buttocks (1) when sitting. (C) The concave portion (3) is formed in a rectangular shape with respect to the seat cushion and provided in parallel. (D) In the drawing, (6) is a backrest conventionally used. The present invention has the above structure. When using the present invention, buttocks fatigue is significantly reduced as follows.
By laying under the buttocks (1) a main seat (4) provided with a concave portion (3) at the position of a protrusion (5) called a ischial tubercle of the human body, the projections (5) correspond to the buttocks (5). 1)
In the above, the form of contact with the seat surface (2) is changed from the conventional full contact to the line contact, and the contact from the seat surface (2) is released. Therefore, the protrusion (5) does not locally press the buttocks (1), and the fatigue of the buttocks (1) is greatly reduced. There are also the following methods for the present invention. FIG.
Is a rectangular shape of the seat cushion (4). FIG. 3 shows a seat cushion (4) having a circular shape.
FIG. 4 shows the shape of the seat cushion (4) in a waveform. FIG. 5 shows a seat cushion (4) with a backrest (6) attached thereto. FIG. 6 shows a recess (3) on one side of the seat (2).
Is provided. FIG. 7 shows a configuration in which concave portions (3) are provided on both sides of the seat surface (2). FIG. 8 shows a configuration in which a concave portion (3) is provided inside a seat surface (2). The adaptation of the present invention to driving a car has been described above, but the present invention can also be applied to general seat cushions. In particular, it is effective for long-time work such as OA.

By using the present invention, the projection called the ischial tubercle does not compress the buttocks locally. As a result, fatigue does not accumulate in the buttocks. In addition, the seat cushion does not need to be thickened, the posture is stable without collapse, and the seat surface does not get stuffy and the seat cushion does not become heavy and bulky.
