SOLUTION: A bolt 5, by which an insertion part 4 is inserted between opposed arms 2a, 2b in a clevis part 2 so as to be fixed to the clevis part 2, is a cap screw with a hexagon socket head. The bolt 5 is passed through bolt holes 6, 7 arranged in compliance with the opposed arm 2a and the insertion part 4 so as to be screwed into a screw hole 8 arranged in the opposed arm 2b. The bolt hole 6 arranged in the opposed arm 2a is formed into a hole possessing no seating face for the bolt head part. Therefore, the head part in the bolt 5, which is brought into contact with one face of the insertion part 4, directly presses the insertion part 4 so as to fix the insertion part 4 to the opposed arm 2b. In the bolt hole 6, the diameter is set to be substantially equal to that of the head part of the bolt 5 for supporting the head part of the bolt 5 by means of the hole surface.
