覆われた複合成形品を、相対する一対の金型を用いて成
形する方法であって、前記相対する一対の金型の成形面
間に表皮材をセットする工程と、前記一対の金型を近づ
けて前記表皮材を一対の金型の成形面に絞り込むと共に
接触支持させた後前記表皮材のセットを解除する工程
と、前記一対の金型内に内装された表皮材保持切断手段
を金型の成形面より突出させて表皮材を堅く弾性保持し
た後表皮材を所望の形状に切断する工程と、前記切断さ
れた表皮材の不要部分を取り除いた後前記一対の金型の
成形面間において残された表皮材の背面位置及び残る金
型の成形面間に熱可塑性樹脂を供給する工程と、前記一
対の金型をさらに型閉めして前記供給された熱可塑性樹
脂を押し広げて全体にゆきわたらせる工程と、前記表皮
材保持切断手段による表皮材の保持を解除しながら前記
一対の金型を最終型閉めして前記熱可塑性樹脂を成形す
ると共に表皮材を一体貼着する工程と、から成とるこを

る工程と、前記表皮材保持切断手段による表皮材の保持
を解除しながら前記一対の金型を最終型閉めして前記熱
可塑性樹脂を全体にゆきわたらせ成形すると共に表皮材
を一体貼着する工程と、から成とるこを特徴とする複合
成形品の成形方法。
