の耐候性)。When coloring hair made of synthetic resin, various coloring agents are added in accordance with the desired color. However, when coloring into white or light colors, the hiding power of the resin is reduced. Titanium oxide has been used to increase this. In general, synthetic resins tend to be degraded by light. In particular, photodegradation of polyamides and polyesters is caused by oxidation, radical decomposition and specific decomposition caused by active oxygen atoms generated by the catalytic action of titanium oxide when titanium oxide is blended. It is said that the degradation occurs due to the direct decomposition of the main chain due to the wavelength ("Fiber and Industry", vol. 40, No. 7, 1984, weather resistance of synthetic fibers).

Did not. However, in recent years, it has been found that the individual packaging of the toothbrush has become a thin transparent film as a whole, and the bristle of the brush is deteriorated by light depending on the situation at the store. The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a brush having bristles excellent in both coloring property and light resistance.

The greater the blending amount, the higher the hiding power of the resin. However, when titanium oxide is blended, as described above, degradation occurs due to oxidation caused by active oxygen atoms generated by the catalytic action of titanium oxide, radical decomposition and direct decomposition of the main chain at a specific wavelength, and as brush hair. Physical properties and mechanical strength are not satisfied.

And more preferably 0.1 to 0.2% by weight. When titanium oxide is blended in such a blending amount, it is possible to obtain brush hair that satisfies coloring properties and has high light resistance.

A hair containing 0.5 to 0.2% by weight was prepared and subjected to a light resistance test using a carbon arc (JIS B 7751). Irradiation with a carbon arc for 50 hours did not cause any significant deterioration, and there was no particular problem in actual use, and the coloring property was sufficiently satisfied. In particular, the effect was remarkable at a blending amount of 0.1 to 0.2% by weight. In addition, when this bristles were used for a toothbrush, the brushing effect and durability of the flocked portion were equivalent to those of natural bristles containing no titanium oxide.

In the case of (1), remarkable deterioration occurred when the carbon arc was irradiated for 50 hours, and in the case of a toothbrush, breakage was likely to occur during actual brushing. Further, the amount of titanium oxide is set to 0.0
When the content was 5% by weight or less, sufficient coloring properties could not be obtained.
