念に記載の玉軸受に関する。
ための手段は、既に多く提案されている。そのため中空
玉又はセラミツク玉の使用が一般に公知である。このよ
うに構成される軸受を可動軸受として使用しようとすれ
ば、一方の転動面を平らに形成される玉軸受を使用する
ことが、例えば欧州特許第342172号明細書から容
易に考えられる。肩部のない平らな転動面の範囲では、
軸線方向移動を問題なく行うことができる。しかし多く
の事例において、この手段はまだ充分でない。特に玉と
平らな転動面との点接触のため、これらの部分に摩耗が
生じることがある。高い回転数にとって正しい予荷重又
は半径方向遊隙が設けられないと、この危険は一層高ま
る。即ち高すぎる予荷重では、摩擦従って軸受温度が許
容できないほど高まる。高い回転数における可動軸受
は、とりわけ機関軸において必要とされる。
方向に可動に組込まれるスピンドル軸受の使用によって
解決された。この解決策の欠点は、狭い遊隙では作動変
化により移動可能性がもはや保証されないか、又は大き
い移動力が必要とされることである。この欠点は、特別
な装置例えば高い費用を伴う直線軸受により一部解決さ
れる。円筒ローラ軸受を使用する場合、回転数が限られ
る。
は、これらの欠点を持たず、点接触の可動軸受でも非常
に高い回転数(例えばn×dm>106)において摩耗
がなく荷重に関して最適な軸受を生じる玉軸受を提供す
ることである。

CrMoN15−1を使用することによって、既に一層
高い質の軸受が得られる。しかし重要なことは、正しい
軸受遊隙の設定である。即ち非常に高い回転数では、内
レースが広がり、しばしば大きすぎる予荷重を生じ、軸
受に更に荷重をかける。さて内レースの穴直径の0.0
005ないし0.0007倍の半径方向遊隙が選ばれる
と、これらの状態が起こらないことがわかった。これに
より軸上への充分なはまりが行われ、ハウジング内に有
利な作動遊隙も得られるので、前述した範囲は特に適し
ている。

数における荷重によく耐える玉軸受が得られる。

可動軸受効果が得られる。なおこの軸受は図1のそれに
一致している。
お合わせることが必要なこともあるので、それぞれ平ら
な転動面1′又は2′に円錐形状を設け、かつ/又は内
レースの穴を円錐状に形成することができる。いずれの
場合もそれぞれのレースの軸線方向移動によって、半径
方向遊隙を減少することができる、後者の場合、レース
のはまり面も円錐状に形成せねばならない。

- 【請求項1】 肩部を持つレースと縦断面が平らな転動
面を持つレースとから成る玉軸受において、玉(3)が
セラミツクから成り、両方のレースが材料X30CrM
oN15−1から製造されており、軸受の半径方向遊隙
が内レース(2)の穴直径の0.0005〜0.000
7倍の範囲にあることを特徴とする、高い回転数用の玉
軸受。 - 【請求項2】 平らな転動面(1′,2′)がなるべく
2°の傾斜の円錐形状を持っていることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の玉軸受。 - 【請求項3】 内レース(2)の穴が円錐状に形成され
ていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の玉軸
受。 - 【請求項4】 平らな転動面が玉に対して僅か凸な輪郭
を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の玉軸
受。 - 【請求項5】 軸受が一方の側又は両側に覆い又は密閉
板(5)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4
の1つに記載の玉軸受。
