The present invention provides an automatic warning device that can be used very effectively, for example, in a case where the safety band clasp is to be prevented from being forgotten to be stopped in work at a high place as described above. Make it an issue. Another object of the present invention is to provide a safety belt for work that can effectively prevent forgetting to stop the clasp.

A detecting means for detecting whether or not an electromotive force is generated due to a change in magnetic flux in the coil, a warning means, and a warning signal is output to the warning means when the detection signal from the detecting means that the electromotive force is generated is not received. The automatic alarm device is characterized in that the automatic alarm device comprises:

In this case, the warning means does not issue a warning. On the other hand, if neither the coil nor the magnetic body operates, the magnetic flux does not change in the coil, and therefore no electromotive force is generated. At this time, the warning means gives a warning.

It can be suitably applied and used in various situations, and an appropriate warning can be issued.

Since the clasp moves in and out along the lifeline due to the work, the coil and the magnetic body operate relatively, and an electromotive force is generated in the coil, which is determined to be a warning unnecessary state. As a result, the work can proceed safely. On the other hand, in the state where the parent rope has forgotten to stop the clasp, there is no movement of the magnetic material to the clasp, so no electromotive force is generated in the coil. It is determined to be in a warning state and a warning is issued. Based on this warning, the worker notices that the clasp is not attached to the master rope, and can attach the forgotten clasp to the master rope and proceed with the subsequent work safely. Can be.

Output the warning signal to the warning means when the detection signal indicating that the electromotive force is generated from the detection means is not received from the detection means within the predetermined time. It is determined that a warning is required only after a predetermined time elapses without immediately determining that a detection signal indicating that an electromotive force has been generated from the device has not been received.

In such situations, it can be suitably applied and used, and an appropriate warning can be issued.

That is, depending on the content of the work, even when the work is being performed with the clasp attached to the parent rope, there may be a state in which the clasp does not move in and out along the lifeline. . In such a case, if a warning was issued simply because the clasp does not move along the lifeline,
Warnings may be issued in a random manner, thereby reducing the reliability of the device. Therefore, by providing a timer and adopting the above-described control configuration, it is possible to detect that the detection signal from the detection means that the electromotive force is generated is not received, and that the detection signal continues for a predetermined time. For the first time, it is determined that a warning is required, and the device functions well.

It is determined whether or not the electromotive force of the coil 2 is generated based on whether or not the energization signal is input from the sensor 3. If there is an electromotive force, the process proceeds to step S3, where a reset signal is output to the timer 6, and the timer 6 starts counting time from the beginning. Then, the process returns to step S1 to repeat the above determination. This repetition indicates that the coil 2 and the magnetic body 9 are performing relative operations within a predetermined time set in the timer 6, and indicates that no warning is required. .

In this repetition, if it is determined in step S1 that the predetermined time has been exceeded, the process proceeds to step S4, where a warning issuance signal is output to the warning means 5, and based on the signal, the warning means 5 issues a warning in some form as described above. I do. In other words, this indicates that the relative operation between the coil 2 and the magnetic body 9 has not been performed even if the predetermined time set in the timer 6 has been exceeded, and the control means 4 is in a warning required state. It is determined that. It is preferable that the timer 6 can adjust the set time.

On the other hand, when the lifeline 12 is still stored in the lifeline storage bag 16 or the hook 13 is not attached to the parent line 19 simply because it is hung from the belt 11, no electromotive force is generated in the coil 2 and the coil 2 is energized. When the work is performed by attaching to the master rope 19, the hook 13 operates with respect to the master rope 19 by the work, and the coil 2
Is generated, the automatic warning device 1 determines that a warning is not required, and no warning is issued. Further, depending on the work content, even if the hook 13 does not operate on the parent rope 19 for a time shorter than the time set in the timer 6, it is determined that no warning is required, and no warning is issued. .

In short, in various situations where the generation of an electromotive force in the coil 2 is a warning unnecessary state and the generation of an electromotive force in the coil 2 is a warning required state,
It is widely applied and used conveniently. Further, as shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b), the timer is omitted and only the presence or absence of the generation of the electromotive force is determined (step S1). In this case, a warning signal is output to the warning means 5 (step S).

Since a control means for outputting a warning signal is provided, it is necessary to make it unnecessary to warn that the coil and the magnetic body are relatively operating, and to operate neither the coil nor the magnetic body. It can be suitably applied and used in various situations such as a warning state, whereby an appropriate warning can be issued.
