種紙幣から繰出し可能なように金種ごとにまとめて集積
状に収納し得るカセット用収納部を有し機体に対し着脱
可能とされた着脱カセットと、機体に設けられ第1金種
紙幣の収納部として使用されるスタッカ部と、第2金種
紙幣を一時的に収納する一時収納部とを備え、前記着脱
カセットのカセット用収納部に近接して設けられ入金紙
幣を一時保留するとともに入金承認時に一括してカセッ
ト用収納部へ収納させるカセット用一時保留部と、この
カセット用一時保留部の一時保留紙幣またはカセット用
収納部内の紙幣を1枚ずつ繰出すカセット用繰出し部
と、前記スタッカ部に近接して設けられ入金紙幣を一時
保留するとともに入金承認時に一括してスタッカ部へ収
納させるスタッカ部用一時保留部と、このスタッカ部用
一時保留部の一時保留紙幣またはスタッカ部内の紙幣を
1枚ずつ繰出すスタッカ部用繰出し部と、紙幣の正方向
搬送、逆方向搬送のいずれの搬送時にも識別を可能とす
る識別搬送路と、前記着脱カセットのカセット用収納部
に装填された第1、第2、第3金種紙幣が第1金種紙幣
から順にカセット用繰出し部により繰出されるときそれ
らの紙幣を前記識別搬送路を経由して前記スタッカ部ま
たはスタッカ部用一時保留部へ送り込む第1補充搬送系
と、前記スタッカ部またはスタッカ部用一時保留部へ送
り込まれた第2、第3金種紙幣を前記識別搬送路を経由
して第2金種紙幣は一時収納部へ、第3金種紙幣はカセ
ット用収納部へ送り込む分配補充搬送系と、入金口から
繰込まれる入金紙幣を前記識別搬送路を経由して前記カ
セット用一時保留部またはスタッカ部用一時保留部へ送
り込む入金受入れ用搬送系と、出金時に前記カセット用
収納部の第2および第3金種紙幣が前記カセット用繰出
し部により、また前記スタッカ部の第1金種紙幣が前記
スタッカ部用繰出し部により繰出されるときその繰出さ
れた紙幣を前記識別搬送路を経由して出金口へ送るとと
もに出金リジェクト紙幣は前記着脱カセットに付設され
たリジェクト紙幣収納部へ送り込み、入金一時保留紙幣
の返却時にも共用されて繰出される入金一時保留紙幣を
1枚ずつ出金口へ搬送する出金搬送系と、前記一時収納
部から第2金種紙幣を前記カセット用収納部へ直接送り
込む直接補充搬送路と、前記カセット用繰出し部、スタ
ッカ部用繰出し部、識別搬送路、第1補充搬送系、分配
補充搬送系、入金受入れ用搬送系、出金搬送系、直接補
充搬送路をそれぞれ制御する制御部とを具備してなり、
3金種紙幣の入金と出金とを可能ならしめたことを特徴
とする循環式紙幣入出金機。
