If air is added to maintain the reaction, the flow rate will increase and the supply will be increased. For this purpose, power is required, and the carbon dioxide concentration is reduced, resulting in an increase in overvoltage.

A gas containing low-concentration carbon dioxide and oxygen as a raw material gas is supplied to the cathode in a state where a potential is applied between the cathode and the anode by using a machine, and CO 2 +1/2 O 2 + 2e is supplied to the cathode side. - → Perform an electrochemical reaction of CO 3 2- , move the generated carbonate ions to the anode through the electrolyte plate, and perform the electrochemical reaction on the anode side. Is concentrated and separated and discharged as an anode outlet gas. Thereafter, carbon dioxide is separated from the anode outlet gas, and the diacid is supplied to supply the remaining oxygen gas to the inlet of the cathode. The method shall be an electrochemical separation method for carbonized carbon.

Thereby, it can be recovered as high purity and high added value. Further, since the O 2 gas after the separation of CO 2 is recycled and supplied to the inlet of the cathode 2, the oxygen concentration can be secured as the raw material gas, and the oxygen deficiency can be eliminated. The overvoltage for the above can be reduced. That is, when the O 2 concentration is low, a large amount of energy is required for the reaction on the cathode 2 side, and the overvoltage increases.
Since the O 2 concentration in the source gas can be increased by recycling, large energy is not required for the reaction, and the overvoltage can be reduced. Therefore, pure carbon dioxide can be continuously extracted from the exhaust gas.
