Description
以上の特徴から、Ｆ２０６７株をアピオスポラ モンターニュ サック（Ａｐｉｏｓｐｏｒａ ｍｏｎｔａｇｎｅｉ Ｓａｃｃ.）と同定した。なお、アピオスポラ（Ａｐｉｏｓｐｏｒａ）属はアルスリニウム（Ａｒｔｈｒｉｎｉｕｍ）属の有性世代（ｔｅｌｅｏｍｏｒｐｈ）である。本菌株は、平成９年３月２６日（原寄託日）に工業技術院生命工学工業技術研究所に受託番号ＢＰ―７８７０号（ＦＥＲＭ ＢＰ―７８７０）として寄託された。
実施例１
アピオスポラ モンターニュ Ｆ２０６７（Ａｐｉｏｓｐｏｒａ ｍｏｎｔａｇｎｅｉ Ｆ２０６７；ＦＥＲＭ ＢＰ―７８７０）株の分生子を７０ｍｌの種培地（ブドウ糖１％、乳糖２．５％、脱脂小麦胚芽１％、コーンスチープリカー０．５％、塩化ナトリウム０．５％、炭酸カルシウム０．４％）を含む５００ｍｌ容の三角フラスコに植菌して、２７℃、２２０ｒｐｍにて５日間回転振盪機上で培養した。得られた種培養を１ｍｌずつ種培地と同一組成の本培養培地７０ｍｌを含む５００ｍｌ容の三角フラスコ５０本に植菌して、２７℃、２２０ｒｐｍにて回転振盪培養を行った。培養５日後に、化合物ＴＭＣ―９５Ａを含む培養液を取得した。
