The movable iron piece 7 is rotated by the operation of the electromagnet to move the contact support 3, and is fitted into the groove 81a of the groove member 81. A pair of shaft portions 71, a lateral arm 72 disposed between the fixed iron core 61 and the insulating plate 2 and extending in the lateral direction, and bent in a “V” shape diagonally upward and inward (left side) from the right end of the lateral arm 72. Since the horizontal arm 72 of the movable iron piece 7 is attracted to the fixed iron core 61 and rotates counterclockwise around the shaft portion 71, the vertical arm 73
Moves the contact support 3 to the left. Thereby, the movable contact 32 moves and comes into contact with the fixed contact 5, and the main circuit is closed. Here, the contact spring 31 constantly urges the movable contact 32 to the left to maintain good contact between the contacts.

It is determined by the installation position, the position of the groove on the spool side, the gap between the groove and the shaft of the movable iron piece, the dimensional accuracy of each component, and the like.
The gap and the degree of contact may greatly deviate from the design values and affect the contact / separation performance.

In addition, a contact support having a movable contact that comes into contact with and separates from the fixed contact is housed, and a fixed iron core and a spool attached to the fixed iron core and having a flange at upper and lower ends of a cylindrical body are housed in the lower case. An electromagnet composed of a coil wound around the spool is housed, and a lateral arm extending laterally above the electromagnet in the lower case, and a tip extending upward from one end of the lateral arm and having a tip in the upper case. A movable armature composed of a vertical arm that abuts the contact point support and a shaft part that is fitted in a groove provided in the upper part of the spool and serves as a rotation axis, with the shaft part fitted in the groove as a fulcrum. By rotating, contact support In the electromagnetic contactor where the fixed contact and the movable contact move and move away from each other, a step is provided on the bottom surface of the lower case so that the part directly below the groove is higher than the part on the tip side of the horizontal arm and the movable iron piece The width of the lateral arm of the electromagnetic contactor is formed so that the tip side is wider than the shaft side.

The movable iron piece is stably attracted to the fixed iron core and comes into contact with the fixed iron core. Further, with the contact of the movable iron piece, the fixed iron core also rotates around the step provided on the bottom surface of the lower case. Thereby, the impact force when the movable iron piece abuts on the fixed iron core is reduced, so that the contact state between the contacts due to the rotation of the movable iron piece is stabilized, and the contact performance is improved.

上する。If the flatness of the lower surface of the horizontal arm is poor and the surface roughness has a large variation within the surface, a large variation occurs in the holding force of the horizontal arm when the movable iron piece is attracted to the fixed iron core. However, if the width of the tip of the side arm of the movable iron piece is wider than the width of the shaft side, the flatness of the wide side surface will be reduced when the movable iron piece is formed by pressing. Since the movable iron piece can be improved, the holding force of the horizontal arm when the movable iron piece is attracted to the fixed iron core is less likely to vary, and the contact life is improved.

Bottom 1 of protrusion 14 of case 12
4b, and the horizontal position of the projection 82 is regulated by the lateral surface 14a of the projection 14, so that the spool 62 is easily positioned in the lower case 12. Thereby, the variation in the arrangement accuracy of the spool 62 in the housing 1 is reduced.

Kinetic energy is greater than before. Thereby, the horizontal arm 72 is stably sucked and abuts against the fixed iron core 61. At this time, the step 13 on the bottom surface of the lower case 12
Since the fixed core 61 also rotates around the position, the impact force when the movable iron piece 7 abuts on the fixed core 61 is reduced. In addition, since the upper surface of the upper flange 62b and the lower surface of the lower flange 62c of the spool 62 are inclined,
When the movable iron piece 7 and the fixed iron core 61 rotate, the movable iron piece 7 hardly hits the upper end flange 62b of the spool 62.

Is divided into a tip side portion 72a and a shaft portion 72b near the right end position of the center leg 61b of the fixed iron core 61,
Although the distal end portion 72a is wider than the shaft portion 72b, the boundary position between the two portions is not limited to this position, and may be, for example, near the left end position of the central leg 61b of the fixed iron core 61. Further, the width may be gradually increased from the boundary position with the shaft portion-side portion 72b toward the front end, without making the front end portion 72a a constant width.

とを特徴とする電磁接触器。1. A housing comprising an upper case and a lower case, wherein a fixed contact is mounted in the upper case, and a contact support having a movable contact which comes in contact with and separates from the fixed contact is accommodated in the housing. In the lower case, an electromagnet composed of a fixed core, a spool attached to the fixed core and having flanges at upper and lower ends of a cylindrical body, and a coil wound on the spool is housed. A lateral arm extending laterally above the electromagnet in the case, a vertical arm extending upward from one end of the lateral arm and having a tip abutting on a contact support in the upper case, and fitted into a groove provided on the upper part of the spool. The movable iron piece, which is composed of a shaft part serving as a rotating shaft, is rotated about the shaft part fitted in the groove as a fulcrum, so that the contact support moves and the fixed contact and the movable contact come and go. In a magnetic contactor that A step is provided on the bottom of the case so that the part directly below the groove is higher than the part on the tip side of the horizontal arm, and the width of the side arm of the movable iron piece is formed so that the tip side is wider than the shaft part side. Characterized electromagnetic contactor.
