Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.一般式VIの化合物 ここで、Pは、ペプチド、タンパク質、およびオリゴヌクレオチドからなる群か ら選択され;R1は、水素、低級アルキル、またはアリールであり;R2は、脂質 基を含む脂質含有部分であり;そしてR3は、-OH、脂質基を含む脂質含有部分、 あるいは1個または2個のアミノ酸を含み、-CO2Hまたは-COR2で終結するアミノ 酸鎖である。 2.R1が水素であり、R2が脂質基であり、そしてR3が-OHである、請求項1に 記載の化合物。 3.R1が水素であり、R2が-CH2CH2CH(NH2)CO2Hまたは-CH2CH2CH(NHCO-脂質)CO -脂質であり、そしてR3が-NHCH2CO2Hまたは-NHCH2CO-脂質であり、ここで、R2 およびR3の少なくとも1つが脂質基を含む、請求項1に記載の化合物。 4.前記脂質基が、約4個〜約26個の炭素原子を含む疎水性置換基である、請求 項1に記載の化合物。 5.前記脂質基が、約5個〜約19個の炭素原子を含む疎水性置換基である、請求 項4に記載の化合物。 6.ペプチド、タンパク質、およびオリゴヌクレオチドからなる群から選択され る、スルフヒドリル基含有化合物の哺乳動物細胞への吸収を増加させる方法であ って、該方法が、以下の工程: 該スルフヒドリル含有化合物から、一般式VIの化合物 を形成する工程であって、ここで、Pは、ペプチド、タンパク質、およびオリゴ ヌクレオチドからなる群から選択されるスルフヒドリル基含有化合物から誘導さ れる部分であり;R1は水素、低級アルキル、またはアリールであり;R2は脂質 含有部分であり;そしてR3は、-OH、脂質含有部分、あるいは1個または2個の アミノ酸を含み、-CO2Hまたは-COR2で終結するアミノ酸鎖である、工程;ならび に 一般式VIの化合物を、該細胞に投与する工程、 を包含する、方法。 7.R1が水素であり、R2が脂質基であり、そしてR3が-OHである、請求項6に 記載の方法。 8.R1が水素であり、R2が-CH2CH2CH(NH2)CO2Hまたは-CH2CH2CH(NHCO-脂質)CO -脂質であり、そしてR3が-NHCH2CO2Hまたは-NHCH2CO-脂質であり、ここで、R2 およびR3の少なくとも1つが脂質基を含む、請求項6に記載の方法。 9.哺乳動物細胞中でペプチド、タンパク質、およびオリゴヌクレオチドからな る群から選択されるスルフヒドリル基含有化合物の血液および組織の保持を延長 する方法であって、該方法が、以下の工程: 該スルフヒドリル含有化合物から、一般式VIの化合物 を形成する工程であって、ここで、Pは、ペプチド、タンパク質、およびオリゴ ヌクレオチドからなる群から選択され;R1は水素、低級アルキル、またはアリ ールであり;R2は脂質含有部分であり;そしてR3は、-OH、脂質含有部分、あ るいは1個または2個のアミノ酸を含み、-CO2Hまたは-COR2で終結するアミノ酸 鎖である、工程;ならびに 一般式VIの化合物を、該細胞に投与する工程、 を包含する、方法。 10.R1が水素であり、R2が脂質基であり、そしてR3が-OHである、請求項9 に記載の方法。 11.R1が水素であり、R2が-CH2CH2CH(NH2)CO2Hまたは-CH2CH2CH(NHCO-脂質) CO-脂質であり、そしてR3が-NHCH2CO2Hまたは-NHCH2CO-脂質であり、ここで、 R2およびR3の少なくとも1つが脂質基を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。 12.一般式Vの化合物 ここで、Aは芳香族活性化残基であり;R1は水素、低級アルキル、またはアリ ールであり;R2は脂質基を含む脂質含有部分であり;そして、R3は、-OH、脂 質基を含む脂質含有部分、あるいは1個または2個のアミノ酸を含み、そして-C O2Hまたは-COR2で終結するアミノ酸鎖である。 13.Aが2-ピリジルまたは4-ニトロフェニルである、請求項12に記載の化合 物。 14.R1が水素であり、R2が脂質基であり、そしてR3が-OHである、請求項1 2に記載の化合物。 15.R1が水素であり、R2が-CH2CH2CH(NH2)CO2Hまたは-CH2CH2CH(NHCO-脂質) CO-脂質であり、そしてR3が-NHCH2CO2Hまたは-NHCH2CO-脂質であり、ここで、 R2 およびR3の少なくとも1つが脂質基を含む、請求項12に記載の化合物。 16.一般式VIの化合物を形成する方法であって、以下の工程: Pがペプチド、タンパク質、およびオリゴヌクレオチドからなる群から選択さ れる一般式PSHの化合物と、一般式Vの化合物 とを反応させる工程であって、ここで、Aは芳香族活性化残基であり;R1は水 素、低級アルキル、またはアリールであり;R2は脂質基を含む脂質含有部分で あり;そして、R3は、-OH、脂質基を含む脂質含有部分、あるいは1個または2 個のアミノ酸を含み、-CO2Hまたは-COR2で終結するアミノ酸鎖である、工程、を 包含する、方法。 17.Aが2-ピリジルまたは4-ニトロフェニルである、請求項16に記載の方法 。 18.R1が水素であり、R2が脂質基であり、そしてR3が-OHである、請求項1 6に記載の方法。 19.R1が水素であり、R2が-CH2CH2CH(NH2)CO2Hまたは-CH2CH2CH(NHCO-脂質) CO-脂質であり、そしてR3が-NHCH2CO2Hまたは-NHCH2CO-脂質であり、ここで、 R2およびR3の少なくとも1つが脂質基を含む、請求項16に記載の方法。 20.一般式IIIの化合物 ここで、R3'は、-OH、あるいは1個または2個のアミノ酸を含み、-CO2Hで終結 するアミノ酸鎖であり;Aは芳香族活性化残基であり;そしてR1は水素、低級 アルキル、またはアリールである。 21.R1が水素であり、そしてR3'が-OHである、請求項20に記載の化合物。 22.R1が水素であり、そしてR3'がNHCH2CO2Hである、請求項20に記載の化 合物。
