Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a) チオ硫酸アンモニウムと、安定化のために有効な量の (i) 炭酸アンモニウムまたは重炭酸アンモニウム、アルカリ金属炭酸塩または 重炭酸塩、またはアルカリ土類金属炭酸塩または重炭酸塩から選択される少なく とも1種の炭酸塩成分、および (ii)亜硫酸アンモニウムまたは重亜硫酸アンモニウム、アルカリ金属亜硫酸塩 または重亜硫酸塩、またはアルカリ土類金属亜硫酸塩または重亜硫酸塩から選択 される少なくとも1種の亜硫酸塩成分、 とを含有する水性溶液を調製する工程と、 (b) 実質的に硫黄を含まない製品を得るのに効果的な条件下で、該溶液を噴霧 乾燥する工程と、 を含む、チオ硫酸アンモニウム含有製品の製造方法。 2.該噴霧乾燥温度が150℃未満である請求項1記載の方法。 3.該噴霧乾燥温度が約90〜140℃の範囲内にある、請求項1記載の方法。 4.該成分(i)および(ii)が、それぞれ亜硫酸アンモニウムまたは重亜硫酸アン モニウム、およびアルカリ金属またはアルカリ土類金属亜硫酸塩または重亜硫酸 塩である、請求項1記載の方法。 5.該成分(i)および(ii)が、それぞれアルカリ金属またはアルカリ土類金属炭 酸塩または重炭酸塩、および亜硫酸アンモニウムまたは重亜硫酸アンモニウムで ある、請求項1記載の方法。 6.該成分(i)が、該工程(a)の溶液を基準として、5重量%を越えない量で存在 する、請求項1記載の方法。 7.該成分(i)が、該工程(a)の溶液を基準として、1重量%を越えない量で存在 する、請求項1記載の方法。 8.該成分(ii)が、該工程(a)の溶液を基準として、約2重量%を越えない量で 存在する、請求項1記載の方法。 9.該成分(ii)が、該工程(a)の溶液を基準として、1重量%を越えない量で存 在する、請求項1記載の方法。 10.該工程(a)の水性溶液が、更にアルカリ金属チオ硫酸塩、錯体形成物質、ま たはその混合物をも含有する、請求項1記載の方法。 11.該成分(i)および(ii)が、それぞれ亜硫酸アンモニウムまたは重亜硫酸アン モニウム、およびアルカリ金属またはアルカリ土類金属亜硫酸塩または重亜硫酸 塩であるか、あるいはそれぞれアルカリ金属またはアルカリ土類金属炭酸塩また は重炭酸塩、および亜硫酸アンモニウムまたは重亜硫酸アンモニウムであり、か つ更に該成分(i)および(ii)の量が、それぞれ該工程(a)の溶液を基準として、約 5重量%および2重量%を越えない量で存在する、請求項1記載の方法。 12.更に、(c)該製品に、付随的に写真定着剤成分を導入する工程をも含み、該 定着剤成分が固体バッファー、固体漂白剤またはその混合物から選択されるもの である、請求項1記載の方法。 13.更に、(d)該工程(c)の生成物の有効量を水に導入して、定着特性をもつ溶液 を得る工程をも含む、請求項12記載の方法。 14.更に、(e)該工程(d)の溶液で、感光性材料を処理する工程をも含む、請求項 13記載の方法。 15.実質的に硫黄を含まず、かつ請求項1に記載の方法によって製造される、チ オ硫酸アンモニウム含有製品。 16.実質的に硫黄を含まず、かつ請求項11に記載の方法によって製造される、チ オ硫酸アンモニウム含有製品。 17.請求項1に記載の方法によって製造されるチオ硫酸アンモニウムを含有する 、写真定着用組成物。 18.請求項11に記載の方法によって製造されるチオ硫酸アンモニウムを含有する 、写真定着用組成物。
