Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. (a) 0.2%から5%、好ましくは0.8%から2%の、フレーバ・ エマルジョンおよび混濁エマルジョンから選択される水中油型飲料エマルジョン と、 (b) 0%から40%の、果汁、茶固形物およびこれらの混合物から選 択したフレーバ固形物と、 (c) 0.005%から0.015%、好ましくは0.005%から0 .01%のキサンタン・ガムと、 (d) 100ppmから1000ppm、好ましくは200ppmから 1000ppm、最も好ましくは200ppmから750ppmの、ソルビン酸 、安息香酸、これらのアルカリ金属塩およびこれらの混合物から選択される保存 料、好ましくはソルビン酸カリウムと、 (e) 前記保存料の抗菌効果を増強するのに有効な量の水溶性ポリリン 酸塩と、 (f) 60%から99%、好ましくは80%から93%の、0ppmか ら180ppm、好ましくは0ppmから60ppm、最も好ましくは0ppm から30ppmの硬度を有する添加水と を含むことを特徴とする飲料。 2. 300ppmから3000ppm、好ましくは900ppmから3000 ppm、最も好ましくは1000ppmから1500ppmの前記ポリリン酸塩 を含み、前記ポリリン酸塩が次の一般式: (MPO3)n (式中、nは3から100、好ましくは13から30、最も好ましくは13から 21の平均であり、各Mは独立してナトリウム原子およびカリウム原子から選択 され、好ましくはナトリウム原子である)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に 記載の飲料。 3. 1%から20%、好ましくは2%から10%の果汁を含むことを特徴とす る請求項1または2に記載の飲料。 4. 0.02%から約0.25%、好ましくは0.7%から0.15%の茶の 固形物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の飲料。 5. 0.1%から20%、好ましくは6%から14%の糖甘味料をさらに含む ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の飲料。 6. pHが2.5から4.5、好ましくは2.7から3.5であることを特徴 とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の飲料。
