Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.光重合性モノマー、熱可塑性高分子結合剤及び光開始剤を含有する感光性 樹脂組成物において、前記光重合性モノマーが少なくとも1種の水溶性モノマー と少なくとも1種の非水溶性モノマーを含有し、両者は不飽和反応基を二つ以上 有し、前記水溶性モノマーの含量が前記組成物の固形分含量を基準として3〜1 5重量%であり、全体の光重合性モノマーの反応基は、次の式Iで計算するとき 、前記組成物の固形分1kg当たり0.5〜1.5モルであることを特徴とする 感光性樹脂組成物。 ここで、#Mは前記組成物の固形分kg当たり前記反応性基の総量であり、Mi は前記組成物の固形分kg当たり光重合性モノマーiのモル数であり、Niは光 重合性モノマーiの反応基の数であり、kは組成物中の光重合性モノマーの総数 である。 2.請求項1において、前記水溶性光重合性モノマーがエチレングリコール単 位数が総25〜40個である2,2−ビス[(4−アクリロキシポリエトキシ) フェニル]プロパン又は2,2−ビス[(4−メタクリルオキシポリエトキシ) フェニル]プロパンであることを特徴とする感光性樹脂組成物。 3.請求項1において、前記水溶性光重合性モノマーがエチレングリコール単 位数が総25〜40個である2,2−ビス[(4−アクリロキシポリエトキシ) フェニル]プロパン又は2,2−ビス[(4−メタクリルオキシポリエトキシ) フェニル]プロパンとエチレングリコール単位数が8〜15であるポリエチレン グリコールジアクリレート又はポリエチレングリコールジメタクリレートの混合 物であることを特徴とする感光性樹脂組成物。 4.請求項1において、非水溶性光重合性モノマーが、エチレングリコールジ メタクリレート、ジエチレングリコールジメタクリレート トリエチレングリコ ールジメタクリレート、テトラエチレングリコールジメタクリレート、ペンタエ リトリトールトリメタクリレート、トリメチロールプロパントリメタクリレート 、エトキシル化トリメチロールプロパントリメタクリレート、プロポキシル化ト リメチロールプロパントリメタクリレート、ポリプロピレングリコールジメタク リレート、ヒドロキシジメタクリロキシプロパン、2,2−ビス[(4−アクリ ロキシジエトキシ)フェニル]プロパン、2,2−ビス[(4−アクリロキシポ リエトキシ)フェニル]プロパン、2,2−ビス[(4−メタクリロキシジエト キシ)フェニル]プロパン、2,2−ビス[(4−メタクリロキシポリエトキシ )フェニル]プロパン、又はこれらの2種以上の混合物であることを特徴とする 感光性樹脂組成物。
