Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.支持体上に支持されるサンプルを処理する際に使用するための支持体保持部 材であって、前記部材は支持体とともに組立られると支持セルを形成し、前記支 持セルは実質的に密閉される室を含み、前記室には前記サンプルを処理する際に 使用される流体のそれぞれ導入および除去のための流体入口および流体出口が設 けられる、支持体保持部材。 2.前記支持体は、顕微鏡スライドである、請求項1に記載の支持体保持部材。 3.前記実質的に密閉される室の内表面の一部は前記支持体のサンプル担持面に より構成される、請求項1または2に記載の支持体保持部材。 4.合成成形樹脂材料からなる、請求項1、2または3のいずれか1つに記載の 支持体保持部材。 5.実質的に密閉される室の形成を補助するシーリング手段を含む、先行する請 求項のいずれか1つに記載の支持体保持部材。 6.シリコンゴムまたは同様の材料からなるガスケットを含む、先行する請求項 のいずれか1つに記載の支持体保持部材。 7.前記支持セルの構成要素をともに締付けるよう働く締付け手段とともに用い られるよう適合される、先行する請求項のいずれか1つに記載の支持体保持部材 。 8.前記締付け手段は偏向手段を含む、請求項7に記載の支持体保持部材。 9.ばね偏向手段を含む、先行する請求項のいずれか1つに記載の支持体保持部 材。 10.前記サンプルの温度を調整するよう温度調整手段を含む支持セルにおいて 使用されるよう適合される、先行する請求項のいずれか1つに記載の支持体保持 部材。 11.サンプル上でポリメラーゼ連鎖反応(PCR)を行なうための支持セルに おいて使用されるよう適合される、先行する請求項のいずれか1つに記載の支持 体保持部材。 12.実質的に密閉される室の容積が50〜300μlの範囲である支持セルに おいて使用されるよう適合される、先行する請求項のいずれか1つに記載の支持 体保持部材。 13.支持体把持部材と組合された、先行する請求項のいずれか1つに記載の支 持体保持部材。 14.請求項1〜12のいずれか1つに記載の支持体保持部材を含む支持セル。 15.支持体上に支持されるサンプルを処理するための自動化された装置であっ て、前記装置は、1つまたはそれ以上の支持体を保持するための支持体保持手段 を含み、前記支持体または前記支持体のそれぞれの上の前記サンプルはそれぞれ 実質的に密閉された室内に存在し、前記装置はさらに、前記室または前記室のそ れぞれに処理用流体を配達するための流体配達手段と、前記室または前記室のそ れぞれから流体を除去するための廃液回収手段と、コンピュータ制御手段とを含 む、支持体上に支持されるサンプルを処理するための自動化された装置。 16.請求項14に記載の支持セルとともに使用するための、請求項15に記載 の装置。 17.前記支持セルの構成要素をともに締付けるための締付け手段を含む、請求 項15または16に記載の装置。 18.前記流体配達手段は1つまたはそれ以上のシリンジポンプを含む、請求項 15、16または17のいずれか1つに記載の装置。 19.支持セルのそれぞれには、前記支持セルに設けられる流体入口に近接した 個々の入口バルブが設けられる、請求項16、17または18のいずれか1つに 記載の装置。 20.温度制御手段を含む、請求項15〜19のいずれか1つに記載の装置。 21.ペルティエ装置を含む、請求項15〜20のいずれか1つに記載の装置。 22.請求項14に記載の支持セルの使用を含む、支持体上のサンプルを処理す る方法。 23.請求項15〜21のいずれか1つに記載の自動化された装置の使用を含む 、支持体上のサンプルを処理するための方法。 24.請求項1〜12のいずれか1つに記載の支持体保持部材とともに支持体を 組立てるステップを含む、支持セルを作製する方法。 25.前記支持セルの前記構成要素は締付け手段および/または偏向手段によっ てともに保持される、請求項24に記載の方法。
