Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.マスタブレーキシリンダと、このマスタブレーキシリンダの手前に接続配置 され、ブレーキペダルによって操作可能な真空式制動倍力装置とからなる操作ユ ニットと、 ABS油圧ユニットを介在してマスタブレーキシリンダの圧力室に接続され た車輪ブレーキと、 ブレーキペダルと協働する制動灯スイッチと、 制動作用を弱めるような運転者の希望を認識することができる電気的切換え 装置と、 ブレーキペダル操作速度を検出するためのセンサ装置と、 制動灯スイッチと電気的切換え装置とセンサ装置の電気信号が供給される電 子制御ユニットとを具備し、この電子制御ユニットの出力信号によって、真空式 制動倍力装置のケーシング内の空気圧の差圧の上昇を制御する空気圧弁が、運転 者による操作と関係なく、フルブレーキングの方向に操作可能である、 自動車用油圧式ブレーキ装置において、 センサ装置が、真空式制動倍力装置(2)の可動の壁(21)の軸方向移動 によって操作可能な比例動作式変位センサ(11)によって形成され、この変位 センサの出力信号が可動の壁(21)の操作変位に直接比例し、電子制御ユニッ ト(8)内で時間で微分する処理を受けることを特徴とする油圧式ブレーキ装置 。 2.変位センサ(11)が線形のポテンショメータとして形成されていることを 特徴とする請求項1記載の油圧式ブレーキ装置。 3.空気圧弁がブレーキペダル(4)によって操作可能な真空式制動倍力装置( 2)の制御弁(5)によって形成され、この制御弁が電子制御装置(8)によっ て駆動可能な電気機械的手段(22,29,45,46)によって付加的に操作 可能であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の油圧式ブレーキ装置。 4.電気機械的手段が電磁石(22)と、この電磁石(22)と協働する制御弁 (5)のシール座(45)とによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3 記載の油圧式ブレーキ装置。 5.電磁石(22)がブレーキペダル(4)に力を伝達するよう連結された弁ピ ストン(42)の構成部品として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載 の油圧式ブレーキ装置。 6.電気的切換え装置(10)が制御弁(5)を収容する制御ケーシング(40 )内に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の油 圧式ブレーキ装置。 7.電気的切換え装置(10)が、弁ピストン(42)に設けられたマイクロスイ ッチ(35)と、制御ケーシング(40)内で摺動可能に案内された操作要素( 36)とからなり、この操作要素が真空式制動倍力装置(2)の静止位置で制動 倍力装置ケーシングに固定されたストッパー(37)に接触していることを特徴 とする請求項6記載の油圧式ブレーキ装置。 8.電子制御ユニット(8)が、変位センサ(11)の連続的な校正を可能にす る手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の油圧式ブレーキ装置。 9.校正値(変位センサ(11)の零点)が、制動灯スイッチ(6)と電気的切 換え装置(10)の切換え状態に依存して電子制御ユニット(8)に記憶される ことを特徴とする請求項8記載の油圧式ブレーキ装置。 10.制動灯スイッチ(6)と電気的切換え装置(10)が非操作状態にあるとき にのみ、校正値が記憶されることを特徴とする請求項9記載の油圧式ブレーキ装 置。 11.電子制御ユニット(8)が、実施された校正の認識を可能にする手段を備え ていることを特徴とする請求項8〜10のいずれか一つに記載の油圧式ブレーキ 装置。
