Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)ナノサイズ粒子の前駆物質から、慣用されている方法により、アモルフ ァス又は部分的に結晶質のナノサイズ粒子を含有するサスペンジョンを製造し、 該方法において、ナノサイズ粒子を、粒子に対して溶解能のない、又は低い溶解 能しか有さない溶媒中且つ少なくとも1種の表面ブロッキング物質の存在下にて 製造する、又は、 (b) アモルファス又は部分的に結晶質のナノサイズ粒子 含有するすでに形成 された粉末を(a)に挙げた溶媒中に、(a)に挙げた1又は2以上の表面ブロッキ ング物質の存在下に懸濁させる、又は、 (c) アモルファス又は部分的に結晶質のナノサイズ粒子を含有するゾルを(a) に挙げた溶媒中に(a)に挙げた1又は2以上の表面ブロッキング物質の存在下に 懸濁させる;及び かくして得られたサスペンジョンをナノサイズ粒子の緻密化及び/又は結晶化に 導く条件に供する ことを特徴とする、弱く凝集し、緻密化された及び/又は結晶化されたナノサイ ズ粒子の製造方法。 2.ナノサイズ粒子が、酸化物若しくは水和した酸化物、スルフィド、セレン化 物、テルル化物及び/又はリン化物 の粒子、特に(水和した)酸化物粒子であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方 法。 3.(水和した)酸化物粒子が、ガラス及び/又はセラミックの製造に適した元 素の(水和した)酸化物であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。 4.ガラス及び/又はセラミックの製造に適した元素が、典型金属及び遷移金属 、特にBa、Al、Ti、Zr、Fe、Y、Sc、Ru、Zn及びPbから選ば れる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。 5.選択肢(a)において、表面ブロッキング物質の存在下に、pHを変化させ ることにより及び/又は水を加えることにより、(水和した)酸化物として沈殿 できる少なくとも1種の元素を含有する溶液又はゾルから、ナノサイズの(水和 した)酸化物を含有するサスペンジョンを製造することを特徴とする請求項1〜 4いずれかに記載の方法。 6.(水和した)酸化物として沈殿できる元素を含有する溶液が、水溶液及び/ 又は水と混和できる有機溶媒、特に炭素原子数1〜3の脂肪族アルコールの少な くとも1種の溶液であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。 7.(水和した)酸化物を沈殿できる元素が、水溶液の場合は、加水分解性塩と して存在し、有機溶液の場合は、 加水分解性有機金属化合物として存在することを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法 。 8.加水分解性塩が、硝酸塩、カルボン酸、好ましくはC1〜C3カルボン酸の 塩又はアンモニウム塩であることを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。 9.アンモニア、有機アミン及び/又は第4級アンモニウム塩又はHNO3及び/ 又は短鎖カルボン酸により又は酸性若しくは塩基性イオン交換体により、(水和 した)酸化物の沈殿に必要なpHを調整することを特徴とする請求項5〜8のい ずれかに記載の方法。 10.(水和した)酸化物の沈殿を (a) 少なくとも1種の酸性若しくは塩基性物質及び/又は水を(水和した)酸化 物として沈殿できる単数又は複数の元素及び単数又は複数の表面ブロッキング物 質を含有する溶液又はゾルに添加する;又は (b) (水和した)酸化物として沈殿できる単数又は複数の元素を含有する溶液 又はゾルを沈殿に適したpHを有し単数又は複数の表面ブロッキング物質を含有 する水溶液に添加する のいずれかにより行うことを特徴とする請求項5〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。 11.粒子を溶解しない又はわずかにしか溶解しない溶媒 が、水、アルコール類、グリコール類、アミン類、脂肪族、脂環式及び芳香族無 置換又置換、特に、ハロゲン化炭化水素類並びにこれらの混合物から選択される ことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。 12.表面ブロッキング物質が、非イオン界面活性剤、セルロース誘導体、比較的 長鎖のアルコール類、カルボン酸類、アミン類、アミノ酸類、β−ジカルボニル 化合物類、ポリビニルアルコール類及びこれらの混合物から選択されることを特 徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。 13.非イオン界面活性剤が、脂肪酸のソルビタンエステル類、これらソルビタン エステルのポリエチレンオキサイド誘導体、脂肪酸ポリグリコールエステル類か ら選択されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。 14.ナノサイズ粒子の緻密化及び/又は結晶化をもたらす条件が、高温及び必要 であれば高圧であることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の方法。 15.温度及び圧力の条件が、使用する溶媒の臨界データ未満であるように選択さ れることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。 16.工程の最後に表面ブロッキング物質の除去及び必要であれば、続いてこのよ うにして得られた粒子の表面改 質を包含することを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載の方法。 17.表面ブロッキング物質の除去に、洗浄、化学反応及び/又は透析が含まれる ことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。 18.請求項1〜17のいずれかに記載の方法により得られた弱く凝集し、緻密化 及び/又は結晶化されたナノサイズ粒子。 19.好ましくは、無機成形体、層状のもの、シート及び複合体を製造する請求項 18記載の粒子の使用。 20.厚が、<20μmであり、好ましくはキャスティングにより得られる薄板を 製造するための請求項19に記載の使用。
