Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.円弧状並進サイクルを有する真空ポンプであって、この真空ポンプが、その 一側部にうず巻状突出部(23,24,25)を備えた少なくとも1つの静止デ ィスク(13,14)を有する静止本体部(10)と、静止ディスク(13,1 4)に対向し且つ静止ディスク(13,14)のうず巻状突出部(23,24, 25)にはさみ込まれて同様な角度領域を有する少なくとも1つのうず巻状突出 部(33,34,35)を備えた可動ディスク(30)と、ポンプの作動中に上 記本体部(10)に対して可動ディスク(30)の円弧状並進動作を駆動するた めに可動ディスク(30)を上記本体部(10)に固定して支持する機構と、ポ ンプ軸(50)により可動ディスク(30)を駆動して上記円弧状並進動作を生 じさせる駆動手段(20)とを有し、上記ポンプがさらに相対的な円弧状並進動 作を制限する装置を有し、上記機構が上記ポンプ軸(50)により支持された少な くとも一つのブッシュ(47)を有する真空ポンプにおいて、 上記ポンプ軸(50)は静止本体部(10)と同心状に位置されており、上 記機構は円弧状並進動作で移動するように設けられたクランクシャフト(40)を 有し、このクランクシャフト(40)は駆動側の一端(41)で可動ディスク( 30)に結合され且つ駆動手段(20)に近い側の一端(44)で上記ブッシュ (47)に支持されており、上記相対的な円弧状並進動作を制限する装置が金属 性のベロー(60)であり、このベロー(60)の一端は静止本体部(10)に 取り付けられ他端はクランクシャフト(40)に取り付けられ、このベロー(6 0)がクランクシャフト(40)を取り囲んでいることを特徴とする真空ポンプ 。 2.上記可動ディスク(30)は2つの可動プレート(31,32)から構成さ れ、可動ディスク(30)のうず巻状突出部(33,34,35)はこれらの可 動プレート(31,32)の対向する面上に設けられ、可動ディスク(30)は静 止環状ディスク(13)とフランジ(14)との間に配置され、これらの静止環 状ディスク(13)とフランジ(14)の対向面がうず巻状突出部 (23,24,25)を支えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の真空ポンプ 。 3.上記フランジ(14)は、中央側うず巻状突出部(25)に沿ってポンプ軸 に向かって延びた外周側うず巻状突出部(24)を備え、中央側うず巻状突出部 (25)の軸方向長さは外周側うず巻状突出部(24)より短く、これらの外周 側突出部(24)と中央側突出部(25)は共通の横方向面(18)において自 由端を有し、フランジ(14)に対向する可動プレート(32)の一つが、フラ ンジ(14)の外周側突出部(24)にはさみ込まれ且つ外周側突出部(24) と同じ角度領域を有するうず巻状突出部(34)を有すると共にフランジ(14 )の中央側突出部(25)にはさみ込まれ且つ中央側突出部(25)と同じ角度 領域を有するうず巻状突出部(35)を有することを特徴とする請求項2記載の 真空ポンプ。 4.上記可動ディスク(30)の2つのプレート(31,32)は、U字状の断 面を持つ環状リング(36)により連結され、この環状リング(36)の壁部は 2つのプレート(31,32)が互いにそれぞれ軸方向に移動できるような厚み を有することを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3に記載の真空ポンプ。 5.上記2つのプレート(31,32)の間に配置されたバネ(37)がプレー ト(31,32)を互いに離れる方向に付勢していることを特徴とする請求項4 記載の真空ポンプ。 6.上記プレート(31,32)、それらのうず巻状突出部(33,34,35) 及び環状リング(36)は、可動ディスク(30)と一方では金属性の静止ディ スク(13)との接触及び他方では金属性のフランジ(14)との接触を可能と する材料から一体物で成形され、この接触が最小限の摩擦力を持って行われるこ とを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5に記載の真空ポンプ。 7.上記静止ディスク(13,14)のうず巻状突出部(23,24,25)及 び上記可動ディスク(30)のうず巻状突出部(33,34,35)は、ポンプ 作動中に摩擦し合う状態であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の真空ポンプ。 8.上記クランクシャフト(40)は、円錐台状の中央部(45)を備え、この 中央部(45)の小さい方のベース端が長手方向のスプライン(42)を持つ 円筒状のスリーブ(41)を支え、このスリーブ(41)は、上記フランジ(1 4)に対向する可動プレート(32)により支えられているスカート(39)の 内側面の長手方向のスプライン(38)と相補的に作用するようになっているこ とを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7の何れか1項に記載の真空ポンプ。 9.上記スカート(39)も、可動ディスク(30)と一体的に作られているこ とを特徴とする請求項6又は請求項8に記載の真空ポンプ。 10.上記ポンプシャフト(50)は、中空シャフトであり、この中空シャフトは 、それがベアリング手段(19)を介して本体部(10)により支持される円筒 状外側ベアリング面(52)を有すると共にそれとベアリング(48)との間に ブッシュ(47)を受け入れる円筒状ボア(51)を有し、上記円筒状外側ベア リング面(52)は、上記円筒状ボア(51)に対して軸がオフセットされ、円 筒状ボア(51)の直径は円筒状外側ベアリング面(52)の直径より大きいこ とを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項9の何れか1項に記載の真空ポンプ。 11.上記金属性のベロー(60)は、円筒状中央領域(60B)の軸方向両側に 2つの波形状領域(60A,60B)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1乃 至請求項10の何れか1項に記載の真空ポンプ。
