Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. (a)結合対の部分及び(b)高分子に結合でき、高分子への結合能力が、光開 裂性分子の存在下で可逆的に阻害される抗体。 2. レセプターに結合し得る第一抗体成分と高分子に結合し得る第二抗体成分 からなる二重特異性抗体である、請求項1に記載の抗体。 3. 第一及び第二抗体成分が、活性部位を保持するが、Fe領域のない抗体の部 分である請求項2に記載の抗体。 4. 第一抗体成分が腫瘍細胞マーカーに対するものである請求項1〜3に記載 の抗体。 5. 第二抗体成分が酵素に対するものである請求項2〜4のいずれかに記載の 抗体。 6. 酵素が、細胞毒性薬剤のプロドラッグを細胞毒性薬剤に転化し得る請求項 5に記載の抗体。 7. 光開裂性分子が、抗体に複合した1-ニトロフェニルエタン-1-オールであ る請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の抗体。 8. 請求項4〜7のいずれかに記載の抗体を投与し、腫瘍を電磁エネルギーに さらし、所望であれば任意に酵素を投与し、かつ非細胞毒性のプロドラッグを投 与することからなる腫瘍の治療方法。 9. 高分子が細胞上にある請求項1〜4ならびに7のいずれかに記載の抗体。
