Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.内視鏡式検査器具用の端部作動体組立体であって、前記内視鏡式検査器具 が前記端部作動体組立体の第一および第二の端部作動体の少なくとも一部上で延 びることにより前記第一および第二の端部作動体を閉じる閉鎖手段と、該閉鎖手 段と前記第一および第二の端部作動体とを相対的に動かすための作動手段とを有 し、a)互いに離れるように付勢されたアームを各々が有する前記第一および第 二の端部作動体と、b)前記第一および第二の端部作動体の前記アームを前記内 視鏡式検査器具に連結するための連結手段とを具備し、該連結手段が中空のネジ 部材を具備し、該中空のネジ部材が一対のアーム受容溝を備えたヘッドを有し、 前記ネジ部材が前記内視鏡式検査器具の末端と係合する寸法のネジを備えたネジ 部分を有する端部作動体組立体。 2.前記ネジ部材のヘッドの基部分にテーパがつけられており、前記連結手段 が前記アームの前記テーパをつけられた部分と前記第一および第二の端部作動体 の前記アームとを受容する大きさの貫通穴を有するワッシャを具備し、前記ネジ 部材の前記ネジ部分が前記内視鏡式検査器具の末端に係合したときに前記アーム が前記ネジ部材の前記テーパをつけられた部分周りに延在し且つ前記テーパを付 けられた部分と前記ワッシャとの間の所定位置に固定される請求項1に記載の端 部作動体組立体。 3.前記ワッシャの前記貫通穴がテーパをつけられた部分を有し、前記第一お よび第二の端部作動体の前記アームが前記ネジ部材の前記テーパをつけられた部 分上であって前記貫通穴の前記テーパをつけられた部分を通って延びる角度をつ けられた鋭利な基部分を有する請求項2に記載の端部作動体組立体。 4.前記ネジ部材のヘッドが前記アーム受容溝の各々に位置する直立した取付 けピンを有し、前記端部作動体の前記アームの各々が前記直立した取付けピンを それぞれ一つずつ受容するピン受容取付け穴を有する請求項1に記載の端部作動 体組立体。 5.前記アーム受容溝の各々が前記アームが該アーム受容溝に受容されたとき に該アーム上に曲げ可能な曲げ可能尖端付きフランジにより側部が形成される請 求項4に記載の端部作動体組立体。 6.前記ネジ部材のヘッドが第二の一対のアーム受容溝と直径を小さくされた 基部分とを有し、前記アームの各々が末端方向へと延びる一対のタブとして終端 する半円筒形の基部分を有し、前記アームの各々が前記アーム受容溝のそれぞれ 一つずつに受容されて前記半円筒形の基部分が前記直径を小さくされた基部分上 に位置すると共に前記末端方向へと延びる一対のタブが前記第二の一対の溝によ り受容される請求項1に記載の端部作動体組立体。 7.前記ネジ部材のヘッドが直径を小さくされた基部分を画成する直径の段付 き部分を有し、前記ネジ部材のヘッドが前記アーム受容溝の各々に位置する直立 した取付けピンを有し、前記端部作動体のアームの各々が前記直立した取付けピ ンをそれぞれ一つずつ受容するためのピン受容取付け穴を有し、前記連結手段が 前記ネジ部材のヘッドの前記基部分と前記第一および第二の端部作動体の前記ア ームとを受容できる大きさの貫通穴を有するワッシャをさらに具備し、前記ネジ 部材の前記ネジ部分が内視鏡式検査器具の末端部分と係合したときに前記アーム が前記ネジ部材の前記ヘッドの前記基部分上で延びると共に前記ネジ部材のヘッ ドの前記基部分と前記ワッシャとの間の所定位置に固定される請求項1に記載の 端部作動体組立体。 8.前記アームの各々が前記鋭角に角度をつけられた基部分の末 端に緩やかに曲げられた部分を有する請求項3に記載の端部作動体組立体。 9.前記アームの各々が末端における顎状部材椀部として終端し、前記アーム の各々が緩やかに曲げられた部分を有する請求項1に記載の端部作動体組立体。 10.前記アームの各々が末端における顎状部材椀部として終端し、前記アー ムの各々が前記顎状部材椀部の基端であって前記鋭角に角度をつけられた基部分 の末端に緩やかに曲げられた部分を有する請求項8に記載の端部作動体組立体。 11.前記アームの各々が円弧状の外面を有する請求項1に記載の顎状部材組 立体。 12.基部分と末端部分とを有する内視鏡式検査器具であって、a)円筒形の 部材と、b)互いに離れるように付勢されたアームを各々が有する第一および第 二の端部作動体と、c)前記第一および第二の端部作動体の前記アームを前記内 視鏡式検査器具の末端部分に連結するための連結手段とを具備し、該連結手段が 中空のネジ部材を具備しており、該ネジ部材が一対のアーム受容溝を備えたヘッ ドを有し、該ネジ部材が前記内視鏡式検査器具の前記末端部分と係合するネジ部 分を有し、d)第一の位置では前記第一および第二の端部作動体の前記アームを 互いに向けて進めて相対的に閉じた位置となるように前記円筒形の部材を前記第 一および第二の端部作動体の少なくとも一部上で延在させるように、第二の位置 では前記円筒形の部材が前記第一および第二の端部作動体を互いに離れるように 延在させて相対的に開いた位置にするように、前記円筒形の部材と前記第一およ び第二の端部作動体を互いに対して相対的に移動させるために前記円筒形の部材 または前記第一および第二の端部作動体に連結された作動手段をさらに具備する 内視鏡式検査器具。 13.前記ネジ部材のヘッドの基部分にテーパがつけられており、前記連結手 段が前記ネジ部材の前記テーパがつけられている部分と前記第一および第二の端 部作動体とを受容できる大きさの貫通穴を有するワッシャをさらに具備し、前記 ネジ部材の前記ネジ部分が前記内視鏡式検査器具の前記末端部分と係合するとき に前記アームが前記ネジ部材の前記テーパをつけられた部分周りに延在して該テ ーパをつけられた部分と前記ワッシャとの間の所定位置に固定される請求項12 に記載の内視鏡式検査器具。 14.e)末端を有するコイルをさらに具備し、前記ネジ部材が該コイルの前 記末端に係合し、前記作動手段が前記円筒形の手段を動かすために前記円筒形の 手段に連結される請求項12に記載の内視鏡式検査器具。 15.前記貫通穴がテーパをつけられた部分を有し、前記第一および第二の端 部作動体の前記アームが前記ネジ部材の前記テーパをつけられた部分上であって 前記貫通穴の前記テーパをつけられた部分を通って延びる鋭角に角度をつけられ た基部分を有する請求項13に記載の内視鏡式検査器具。 16.前記アームの各々が末端における顎状部材椀部として終端し、前記アー ムの各々が前記顎状部材椀部の基端であって前記アームの基端の末端に緩やかに 曲げられた部分を有する請求項12に記載の内視鏡式検査器具。 17.前記アームの各々が末端における顎状部材椀部として終端し、前記円筒 形の部材が鋭利な末端エッジを有する請求項12に記載の内視鏡式検査器具。 18.前記アームの各々が円弧状の外面を有する請求項12に記載の内視鏡式 検査器具。 19.前記作動手段が前記コイルを通って延びる引張ワイヤを有 し、該引張ワイヤが前記円筒形の部材に連結された末端を有する請求項12に記 載の内視鏡式検査器具。 20.前記ネジ部材のヘッドが前記アーム受容溝の各々に位置する直立した取 付けピンを有し、前記端部作動体の前記アームの各々が前記直立した取付けピン をそれぞれ一つずつ受容するためのピン受容取付け穴を有する請求項12に記載 の内視鏡式検査器具。 21.前記アーム受容溝が各々、前記アームが前記溝により受容されたときに 前記アーム上で曲がることができる曲げ可能な尖端を有するフランジにより側部 を形成される請求項20に記載の内視鏡式検査器具。 22.前記ネジ部材のヘッドが第二の一対のアーム受容溝と直径を小さくされ た基部分とを有し、前記アームの各々が末端方向へと延びる一対のタブとして終 端する半円筒形の基部分を有し、前記アームの各々が前記アーム受容溝にそれぞ れ一つずつ受容され、前記半円筒形の基部分が前記直径を小さくされた基部分上 に位置すると共に前記末端方向へと延びる一対のタブが前記第二の一対の溝に受 容される請求項12に記載の内視鏡式検査器具。 23.前記ネジ部材のヘッドが直径を小さくされた基部分を画成する直径の段 付き部分を有し、前記ネジ部材のヘッドが前記アーム受容溝の各々に位置する直 立した取付けピンを有し、前記端部作動体の前記アームの各々が前記直立した取 付けピンをそれぞれ一つずつ受容するためのピン受容取付け穴を有し、前記連結 手段が前記ネジ部材のヘッドの前記基部分と前記第一および第二の端部作動体の 前記アームとを受容できる大きさの貫通穴を有するワイヤをさらに具備し、前記 ネジ部材の前記ネジ部分が前記内視鏡式検査器具の前記末端部分に係合したとき に前記アームが前記ネジ部材のヘッドの前記基部分上で延びると共に前記ネジ部 材のヘッドの前記基部分と 前記ワイヤとの間の所定位置に固定される請求項12に記載の内視鏡式検査器具 。 24.前記第一および第二の端部作動体に連結されたロッドをさらに具備する 請求項12に記載の内視鏡式検査器具。 25.前記ロッドがネジ付き末端を有し、前記連結手段が前記ネジ部材の前記 ネジ部分が前記ロッドの前記ネジ付き末端に係合した状態で前記第一および第二 の端部作動体を前記ロッドに連結する請求項12に記載の内視鏡式検査器具。 26.前記アームの各々が末端における顎状部材椀部として終端し、前記アー ムの各々が前記顎状部材椀部の基端であって前記アームの基端の末端に緩やかに 形の部材が鋭利な末端エッジを有する請求項27に記載の内視鏡式検査器具。 29.基部分と末端部分とを有する内視鏡式検査器具であって、a)基端と末 端とを有する中空のチューブ部材と、b)互いに離れるように付勢されたアーム を各々が有する第一および第二の端部作動体とを具備し、前記アームの各々が前 記中空のチューブ部材の前記末端に連結されており、c)前記中空のチューブ部 材の前記末端上に摺動可能に配置された円筒形の部材と、d)基端および末端を 有する作動手段とをさらに具備し、該作動手段が前記中空のチューブ部材を通っ て延びており、e)第一の位置では前記第一および第 二の端部作動体の前記アームを互いに向かって進めて相対的に閉じた位置をとる ように前記円筒形の部材を前記第一および第二の端部作動体の少なくとも一部上
