Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも一つの第一級アミノ基を持つピリジン‐2,6‐ジアミン化合物 を調製する方法において、3‐ヒドロキシペンタン1,5‐ジニトリルが、アン モニア、第一級アミン又は第二級アミンの形態のアンモニウム供与体と反応され 、但しここで、アンモニウム供与体が第一級アミン又は第二級アミンであるなら 、触媒としてハロゲン化水素を用いないところの方法。 2.3‐ヒドロキシペンタン1,5‐ジニトリルをアンモニアと反応させること を含むところのピリジン‐2,6‐ジアミンを調製する方法。 3.反応が100〜200℃の温度で適切な溶媒中で実行されることを特徴とす る請求項1又は2記載の方法。 4.反応が遷移金属又は遷移金属イオンを含むニトリル活性化触媒の存在下にお いて実行されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。 5.使用される触媒が、金属銅、銅(I)又は銅(II)化合物であることを特徴 とする請求項4記載の方法。 6.3‐ヒドロキシペンタン1,5‐ジニトリルを第一級アミン又は第二級アミ ンと接触させることにより3‐ヒドロキシペンタン1,5‐ジニトリルを閉環さ せることによって、置換されたピリジン‐2,6‐ジアミンを調製する方法にお いて、閉環がハロゲン化水素の実質的不存在下においてもたらされることを特徴 とする方法。 7.アミンが、脂肪族第一級アミン、脂肪族第二級アミン、脂環式アミン、及び それらの混合物から成る群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。 8.反応が、遷移金属又は遷移金属イオンを含むニトリル活性化触媒の存在下に おいて実行されることを特徴とする請求項6又は7記載の方法。 9.使用される触媒が金属銅、銅(I)又は銅(II)化合物であることを特徴と する請求項8記載の方法。 10.アミノ基の一つが第一級アミンであり、他が第二級又は第三級アミンであ るところのピリジン‐2,6‐ジアミン化合物。
