Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.紫外線輻射により硬化可能な重合性配合物であり、以下を含む:フリーラジ カル重合性液体組成物;蛍光剤;および紫外線スペクトル領域の化学線に反応し てフリーラジカルを発生しそしてそれにより前記重合性液体組成物を重合させる 酸化ホスフィン光開始剤部分を含む触媒系。 2.前記組成物がアクリレートモノマーを主要量含む請求項1に記載の配合物。 3.前記光開始剤部分が少なくとも約410nmまでの範囲を含む輻射のバンド に反応する請求項1に記載の配合物。 4.前記配合物が、配合物の重量に基づき、少なくとも約0.02%の前記蛍光 剤を含有する請求項1に記載の配合物。 5.前記配合物の重量に基づき、0.04%を超えた前記蛍光剤を含む請求項4 に記載の配合物。 6.前記配合物が、配合物の重量に基づき、約0.15から1.0%の前記酸化 ホスフィン光開始剤部分を含む請求項1に記載の配合物。 7.前記配合物が、配合物の重量に基づき、約0.25から0.4%の前記酸化 ホスフィン光開始剤部分を含む請求項6に記載の配合物。 8.前記蛍光剤が置換したオキサゾール化合物およびフルオランテンからなる群 から選ばれた化合物である請求項1に記載の配合物。 9.重合性配合物の硬化した付着層の評価方法であり、以下の工程を含む: 紫外輻射線により硬化可能な重合性配合物の準備で、以下を含む:フリー ラジカル重合性液体組成物;蛍光剤;および紫外線スペクトル領域の化学輻射線 に反応してフリーラジカルを発生しそしてそれにより前記重合性液体組成物を重 合させる酸化ホスフィン光開始剤部分を含む触媒系; 物体を準備し; 前記物体上に前記配合物を層状に付着し; 前記酸化ホスフィン光開始剤がフリーラジカルの発生のために反応する紫 外線スペクトル領域の化学輻射線に対して前記付着層とした配合物を露光し、そ れにより前記組成物の重合を開始し;そして 重合した付着層を、前記蛍光剤により吸収される波長の入射輻射線で照射 して、輻射発光を生じさせる。 10.前記輻射発光のエネルギーを測定する更なる工程を含む請求項9に記載の 方法。 11.前記エネルギー測定工程を、前記輻射発光の少なくとも一波長に感応しし かも前記測定工程で測定されたエネルギーを表示する反応性電気信号を発生する 電子光学装置を用いて行う請求項10に記載の方法。 12.前記硬化した付着層の厚さが評価され、前記入射輻射線は制御された強さ でありそして制御された軸の反対側の領域の光束として投射する請求項11に記 載の方法。 13.前記入射輻射線を実質的に一定な強さに維持する請求項12に記載の方法 。 14.多数の前記物体を準備する請求項13に記載の方法であり、前記配合物は 前記目的物のそれぞれの上に付着し、そして前記露光、照射、および測定工程を それぞれの前記物体上の前記付着層に対して行ない、前記入射輻射線の光束は前 記照射工程中に前記それぞれの重合した付着層の実質的に同じ場所を照射し、さ らに本方法は、前記発生する表示信号のそれぞれとあらかじめ選んだ基準との比 較、およびそれぞれの比較に基づく制御信号の発生という更なる工程を含む。 15.前記組成物がアクリレートモノマーを主要量含み;前記の酸化ホスフィン 光開始剤は、少なくとも約410nmまでの範囲を含む輻射のバンドに反応し、 かつ前記配合物の重量に基づき約0.15から1.0%の量存在し;そして前記 蛍光剤は、置換したオキサゾール化合物およびフルオランテンからなる群より選 ばれた化合物であり、かつ前記配合物の重量に基づき少なくとも約0.02%存 在する、請求項9に記載の方法。 16.前記光開始剤のパーセントが約0.25から0.4、そして前記蛍光剤の パーセントが0.04を超える請求項15に記載の方法。
