Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.15〜150μmの等価フィラメント直径を持つ、機械加工プロセスにより 得られた金属フィラメントから作られた束を含む繊維構造物であって、かつ該フ ィラメントが該束中でほぼ平行な配列で配置されているところの繊維構造物。 2.繊維構造物が編んで作られ、かつ300〜4,000g/m2の重量を持つ ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の繊維構造物。 3.繊維構造物が圧延又は等圧圧縮により圧縮されたものであることを特徴とす る請求項1記載の繊維構造物。 4.繊維構造物がダブルベッドフラット又は環状編み構造を持つことを特徴とす る請求項2記載の繊維構造物。 5.等価フィラメント直径が25〜50μmであり、かつ束中の金属の比率が0 .5〜5Nmであるところの請求項4記載の平編み繊維構造物。 6.800〜2,000g/m2の重量を持つ請求項5記載の繊維構造物。 7.ステンレス鋼製フィラメントの束を含む請求項1記載の繊維構造物。 8.チタンフィラメントの束を含む請求項1記載の繊維構造物。 9.クロム、アルミニウム及び0.05〜0.3重量%のイットリウムを含む鋼 合金から作られたフィラメントを含むところの請求項1記載の繊維構造物。 10.結合材によるフィラメント束の統合、及び該統合された束を織り、編み又 は編み組みにより繊維構造物に加工することを含むところの請求項1記載の繊維 構造物の製造法。 11.該結合材が繊維構造物から後に除去されるところの請求項10記載の方法 。 12.結合材により統合され、かつ請求項10記載の方法における使用のために 向られる金属ファイバーの束。 13.結合材により包まれ、かつ25〜50μmの等価フィラメント直径を持つ ほぼ平行に配列された機械加工された金属フィラメントから作られているところ の束であって、かつ該束中の金属の比率が0.5〜5Nmであるところの 束。 14.ガスバーナー膜として請求項9記載の繊維構造物を使用する方法。 15.ガスバーナー膜として、クロム、アルミニウム及び0.05〜0.3重量 %のイットリウムを含む鋼合金から作られたフィラメントを含む請求項6記載の 繊維構造物を使用する方法。
