Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.藻類のゲノムを含むDNAの一部分のヌクレオチド配列を有するか、また は藻類のゲノムを含むDNA一部のヌクレオチド配列に高い相同性を有するヌク レオチド配列を有し、植物または藻類細胞中で発現されたときポルフィリン蓄積 型除草剤に対する耐性を付与する、単離精製したDNA断片。 2.請求項1記載の該DNA断片を含有するプラスミド。 3.請求項2記載の該プラスミドを含有する微生物。 4.該DNA断片が発現される該植物または藻類細胞に請求項1記載の該DN A断片を導入することを含む、ポルフィリン蓄積型除草剤に対する耐性を植物ま たは藻類細胞に付与する方法。 5.請求項1記載の該DNA断片が導入された、該DNA断片が発現される植 物または藻類細胞。 6.下記特徴: a)ポルフィリン蓄積型除草剤に耐性を示す単細胞緑藻類クラミドモナス・レ インハルティの株から得たDNA断片のヌクレオチド配列を含み; b)XhoI、PstI、PstI、PstI、PstI、PstI、Bam HI、SalI、SalI、およびXhoIに対する制限部位を含み、図1(a )に示す制限地図を有し; c)分子の大きさが約3.4kbであり; d)その中で発現されたときポルフィリン蓄積型除草剤に対する耐性を植物ま たは藻類細胞に付与すること、 を有する単離精製したDNA断片、またはその生物学的に機能する均等物。 7.下記特徴: a)ポルフィリン蓄積型除草剤に耐性を示す単細胞緑藻類クラミドモナス・レ インハルティの株から得たDNA断片のヌクレオチド配列を含み; b)EcoRI、XhoI、PstI、PstI、PstI、PstI、Ps tI、BamHI、SalI、SalI、XhoI、およびHindIIIに対 する制限部位を含み、図1(b)に示す制限地図を有し; c)分子の大きさが約9.9kbであり; d)その中で発現されたときポルフィリン蓄積型除草剤に対する耐性を植物ま たは藻類細胞に付与すること、 を有する単離精製したDNA断片、またはその生物学的に機能する均等物。 8.下記特徴: a)ポルフィリン蓄積型除草剤に耐性を示す単細胞緑藻類クラミドモナス・レ インハルティの株から得たDNA断片のヌクレオチド配列を含み; b)EcoRI、XhoI、PstI、PstI、PstI、PstI、Ps tI、BamHI、SalI、SalI、XhoI、HindIII、およびK pnIに対する制限部位を含み、図1(c)に示す制限地図を有し; c)分子の大きさが約10.0kbであり; d)その中で発現されたときポルフィリン蓄積型除草剤に対する耐性を植物ま たは藻類細胞に付与すること、 を有する単離精製したDNA断片、またはその生物学的に機能する均等物。 9.下記特徴: a)ポルフィリン蓄積型除草剤に耐性を示す単細胞緑藻類クラミドモナス・レ インハルティの株から得たDNA断片のヌクレオチド配列を含み; b)EcoRI、XhoI、PstI、PstI、PstI、PstI、Ps tI、BamHI、SalI、SalI、XhoI、HindIII、BamH I、SalI、HindIII、およびKpnIに対する制限部位を含み、図1 (d)に示す制限地図を有し; c)分子の大きさが約13.8kbであり; d)その中で発現されたときポルフィリン蓄積型除草剤に対する耐性を植物ま たは藻類細胞に付与すること、 を有する単離精製したDNA断片、またはその生物学的に機能する均等物。 10.請求項6、7、8、または9のいずれか1項記載の該DNA断片または 該DNA断片の生物学滝に機能する均等物を含有するプラスミド。 11.請求項10記載の該プラスミドを含有する微生物。 12.植物または藻類細胞に、請求項6、7、8、または9のいずれか1項記 載の該DNA断片または該DNA断片の生物学的に機能する均等物を機能的に作 動できるように導入し、その結果上記DNA断片類またはその生物学的に機能す る均等物が上記植物または藻類細胞中で発現されることを含む、ポルフィリン蓄 積型除草剤に対する耐性を植物または藻類細胞に付与する方法。 13.請求項6、7、8、または9のいずれか1項記載の該DNA断片または 該DNA断片の生物学的に機能する均等物を機能的に作動できるように導入した 植物または藻類。 14.配列番号:1記載のヌクレオチド配列を含む、分離精製したDNA断片 。 15.請求項14記載の該DNA断片を含有するプラスミド。 16.請求項15記載の該プラスミドを含有する微生物。 17.該cDNAが発現される植物または藻類細胞に請求項14記載の該DN A断片によりコード化されたmRNAに対応するcDNAを導入することを含む 、ポルフィリン蓄積型除草剤に対する耐性を植物または藻類細胞に付与する方法 。 18.請求項14記載の該DNA断片によりコード化されたmRNAに対応す るcDNAが導入された、該cDNAが発現される植物または藻類。
