- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.粉末区画(8)が、プレート(9)の空洞またはへこみとして形成され、空気 流通路(4)のハウジング(1)に置かれることを特徴とする、両端が開放され、一 端が空気流入口(5)を形成し、他端が空気流出口(6)を形成する、空気流通路( 4)を形成する管状ハウジング(1)を含み、ハウジングが吸入する医薬活性物質 を貯蔵する区画(8)を含み、区画(8)が空気流入口に近い空気流通路に置かれる 、使い捨て可能吸入器。 2.粉末区画(8)が、少なくとも一つの穴(10)として提供され、その中に空 気が入り、粉末を区画(8)から持ち上げ、吸入中に空気流と混合することを特徴 とする、請求項1記載の使い捨て可能吸入器。 3.ハウジング(1)が、互いに長手方向端をシールされた上部(2)および下部 (3)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の使い捨て可能吸入器。 4.解凝集手段(20a、20b、30a、30b、40、50)が、空気流通 路(4)の粉末区画(8)および空気流出口(6)の間に提供されることを特徴とする 、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の使い捨て可能吸入器。 5.解凝集手段(20a、20b;30a、30b;40;50)が、吸入中の 空気流のガイダンスおよび加速および空気流における混合を提供する、圧縮部お よび伸長部を伴う空気流通路を形成することを特徴とする、請求項4記載の使い 捨て可能吸入器。 6.解凝集手段(20a、20b;30a、30b;40;50)が、管状ハウ ジングの長手方向軸を通って平面に実質的に垂直である多くの実質的に平な表面 または壁(21a、21b;31a、31b;41a、41b;51a、51b) を含み、この表面のハウジングへの断面の突起が実質的にこの断面をカバーする ことを特徴とする、請求項5記載の使い捨て可能吸入器。 7.第1の解凝集手段(20a、20b、30a、30b)が、空気流通路の両 端のハウジングの端から伸び、空気流入口(5)から空気流出口(6)のハウジング (1)の長手方向軸に対して、それぞれ角度αa、αbの方向で位置する、平表面ま たは壁(21a、21b;31a、31b)の対として提供されることを特徴とす る、請求項6記載の使い捨て可能吸入器。 8.角度αa、αbが好ましくは実質的に約30°であることを特徴とする、請 求項7記載の使い捨て可能吸入器。 9.第2の解凝集手段(40、50)が、ハウジング(1)の長手方向中心軸に対 称に位置し、空気流入口(5)から空気流出口(6)のハウジング(1)の長手方向軸 に対して、それぞれ角度βおよびδで配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6記 載の使い捨て可能吸入器。 10.角度βが好ましくは実質的に約45°であり、角度δが好ましくは実質 的に約60°であることを特徴とする、請求項9記載の使い捨て可能吸入器。 11.ハウジング(1)の上部(2)が、空気流出口(6)の周りの下部(3)と共に 、投与量を吸入する時に使用者の口に入ることを意図されたマウスピース(15) として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の使い 捨て可能吸入器。 12.指示要素(60)が、このマウスピース(15)の上部(2)に提供され、指 示要素(60)が、使用者に、吸入のためにどのようにマウスピース(15)および 吸入器を置くかの指示を提供することを特徴とする、請求項11記載の使い捨て 可能吸入器。 13.第1の除去可能シール用テープ(12)が、空洞(8)およびその中の投与 量をカバーするプレート(9)に提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1から12 のいずれかに記載の使い捨て可能吸入器。 14.第2の除去可能シール用テープ(13)が、空洞(8)内に提供される少な くとも一つの穴(10)を覆うプレート(9)に提供されることを特徴とする、請求 項13記載の使い捨て可能吸入器。 15.使い捨て可能吸入器が、空洞(8)内に薬理学的活性物質を含む乾燥粉末 吸入器であることを特徴とする、請求項1から14のいずれかに記載の使い捨て 可能吸入器。 16.吸入器が、使い捨て可能、吸気作動性、乾燥粉末吸入器である、請求項 15記載の使い捨て可能吸入器。 17.空洞(8)を、第1のローラー(61)から供給される物質の第1の長い層 (109)から提供されるプレート(9)に形成し、空洞が互いに垂直領域で形成さ れる; 空洞(8)が充填領域(64)で医薬活性物質を充填される; 下部(3)が、第3のローラー(81)から提供される第3の長い層(103)から形 成され、予定された切片に切断される; 第1の長い層(109)に形成された各プレート(9)を、対応する下部(3)の予定 された位置に置き、そこに固定する; 上部(2)が、第2のローラー(71)から提供される第2の長い層(102)として 形成され、予定された切片に切断される; 上部(2)を、プレート(9)と共に下部(3)の頂上に置き、上部(2)および下部( 3)を互いに固定してシールし、それにより吸入装置を形成する; 吸入装置が、切断領域(95)でプレート(9)を提供する長い層(109)を切断す ることにより互いに分離している、 請求項1から16のいずれかに記載の使い捨て可能吸入器の製造法。 18.少なくとも一つの穴(10)が充填前に空洞(8)に提供される、請求項1 7記載の方法。 19.第1の除去可能シール用テープ(12)が、空洞(8)に置かれ、物質をカ バーし、空洞をシールし、第2の除去可能テープ(13)が置かれ、プレート(9) が吸入器の下部(3)のその場所に置かれる前に空洞(8)の穴をカバーする、請求 項17または18記載の方法。 20.吸入可能医薬活性物質の吸入のための、請求項1から16のいずれかに 記載の使い捨て可能吸入器の使用。 21.吸入可能物質が、ペプチドまたはポリペプチドを含む混合物である、請 求項20記載の使用。
