Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. シリカに富む活性マザイトであって、無水状態においてモル比として表わ された化学式 aM2/nO・Al2O3・bSiO2 〔式中aは0〜0.5であり、Mはn価のアルカリカチオンであり、bは7より 大きい〕を有し、アンモニア吸着マイクロ熱量測定によって測定された熱量に対 応する酸強度が190kJ/molを上回り、かつシクロヘキサン吸着によって 測定された細孔容積が0.09ml/gを上回ることを特徴とする活性マザイト 。 2. フォージャサイトXを含有する結晶化ケルからゼオライト前駆体を合成し 、この前駆体に活性化処理を施すことによって得られることを特徴とする請求項 1に記載の活性マザイト。 3. 結晶化ゲルが、 SiO2/Al2O3モル比が5〜15となり、 SiO2/TMA2Oモル比が1〜2となり、 TMA2O/Na2Oモル比が0.03〜0.25となり、かつ H2O/Na2Oモル比が30〜150となる ようなシリカ、アルミナ、アルカリイオン及び有機構造剤モル組成を有し、その 際有機構造剤TMA2Oは各アルキル基が1〜4個の炭素を有するテトラアルキ ルアンモニウムイオンの中から選択され、好ましくはテトラメチルアンモニウム イオンであり、四価ケイ素源及び三価アルミニウム源は一方ではケイ酸塩、固体 またはコロイドシリカ、ケル及びキセロゲル、加水分解性ケイ酸エステル、並び にケイソウ土から成るグループに由来し、他方ではフォージャサイトXに由来す ることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の活性マザイト。 4. 有機構造剤を含有するかまたは含有しないゼオライト前駆体が少なくとも 2段階で活性化され、その際第一の段階ではイオン交換が行なわれ、第二の段階 では脱アルミニウム化が行なわれることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の 活性マザイト。 5. イオン交換ステップでは有機構造剤を含有するゼオライト前駆体のアルカ リイオンが3以下のpHを有するアンモニウム塩及び/または無機もしくは有機 酸の水溶液での洗浄によって交換されることを特徴とする請求項2から4のいず れか1項に記載の活性マザイト。 6. 脱アルミニウム化ステップの第1段階ではイオン交換後に得られた固体が 湿潤雰囲気下に1分から4時間の間450〜850℃の温度に維持され、その後 20〜100℃の温度においてpH1〜5の酸性緩衝液で洗浄されることを特徴 とする請求項2から5のいずれか1項に記載の活性マザイト。 7. 脱アルミニウム化の第2段階では熱処理された固体が少なくとも1種の無 機または有機酸と、少なくとも1種の無機または有機酸の少なくとも1種のアン モニウム塩との混合物から成る、好ましくは2〜3のpHを有する緩衝液で洗浄 されることを特徴とする請求項2から6のいずれか1項に記載の活性マザイト。 8. 緩衝液がアンモニウム塩とこの塩に対応する酸との混合物であることを特 徴とする請求項2から7のいずれか1項に記載の活性マザイト。 9. 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の活性マザイトを製造する方法であ って、ゼオライト前駆体を製造する段階、及び得られたゼオライト前駆体を活性 化する段階を含み、結晶化ゲルにフォージャサイトXを含有させ、有機構造剤を 含有するゼオライト前駆体に活性化処理を施し、 酸性塩と無機または有機酸とから成る、3より小さいpHを有する緩衝液を用い て酸性脱アルミニウム化洗浄を行なうことを特徴とする方法。 10. 結晶化ゲルに、 SiO2/Al2O3モル比が5〜15となり、 SiO2/TMA2Oモル比が1〜2となり、 TMA2O/Na2Oモル比が0.03〜0.25となり、かつ H2O/アルカリイオンモル比が30〜150となる ようなシリカ、アルミナ、アルカリイオン及び有機構造剤モル組成を付与し、そ の際有機構造剤TMA2Oは各アルキル基が1〜4個の炭素を有するテトラアル キルアンモニウムイオンの中から選択し、好ましくはテトラメチルアンモニウム イオンとし、四価ケイ素源及び三価アルミニウム源は一方ではケイ酸塩、固体ま たはコロイドシリカ、ゲル及びキセロゲル、加水分解性ケイ酸エステル、並びに ケイソウ土から成るグループ由来とし、他方ではフォージャサイトX由来とする ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。 11. C4〜C8パラフィン系炭化水素の異性化への請求項1から8のいずれか 1項に記載の活性マザイトの適用。 12. 二官能性または酸性触媒反応機構に依拠する任意の炭化水素変換への請 求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の活性マザイトの適用。
