Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. a)少なくとも1種の不飽和で重合性の、酸性基を含むモノマー(少な くとも50モル%の程度に中和された塩として存在する)を重合された状態で5 5−99.9重量%、b)a)のモノマーと共重合性の不飽和モノマーを重合さ れた状態で0−40重量%、c)少なくとも1種の架橋剤を0.01−5.0重 量%、およびd)水溶性ポリマー0−30重量%で形成された(成分a)〜d) の合計が100重量%になる)、水および水性液体を吸収する粉末状架橋ポリマ ーにおいて、該ポリマーが、酸性基含有モノマー部分に対して5−30モル%の 範囲で部分的に中和された重合された状態の酸性モノマーで形成されていること を特徴とし、さらに該ポリマーが、 −0.9%NaCl水溶液に対して少なくとも25g/gポリマーの保持力、 −50g/cm2の加圧下で少なくとも25g/gポリマーの液体吸収量、 −1gのポリマーに対して少なくとも700gの20分後膨潤圧力、 −16時間後に3.5−10重量%の最大可溶分、そして −2.0gの最大再湿潤量 を有することを特徴とする前記粉末状架橋ポリマー。 2. 該ポリマーが0.9%NaCl水溶液に対して少なくとも30g/g、 好ましくは少なくとも33g/gポリマーの保持力、50g/cm2の加圧下で 少なくとも27g/gポリマーの液体吸収量および1gのポリマーについて少な くとも850g、好ましくは少なくとも900gの20分後膨潤圧力を有するこ とを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリマー。 3. 該ポリマーが、少なくとも800gの20分後膨潤圧力を有し、さらに 20分後の値に対して2時間後に20%の最大圧力減少を有することを特徴とす る請求項1また2のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー。 4. 該ポリマーが16時間後に3.5%の最大抽出可能部分を有することを 特徴とする請求項1−3のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー。 5. 該水溶性ポリマーが合成のポリマーもしくはコポリマーおよび/または 天然ポリマーおよび/または天然ポリマーの誘導体であることを特徴とする請求 項1−4のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー。 6. 全溶液に対して30重量%の最大モノマー含有量を有する水溶液を製造 し;不飽和で重合性の、酸性基含有モノマーa)を5.0−30モル%、好まし くは10−20モル%の程度に重合前に塩基で中和し;5−30℃、好ましくは 8−15℃の範囲の温度で化学開始剤および/またはUV照射によってラジカル 重合を開始し、断熱的に継続し;該ポリマーゲルを粗粉砕の後で細粉砕に付し、 さらに該ポリマーが中和された酸性基含有モノマー単位を重合された形で少なく とも50モル%を含むように塩基で中和し;該ポリマーゲルを乾燥させて水分を 5−20重量%、好ましくは10重量%以下とすること;さらに該乾燥粉砕ポリ マーを酸性基と反応する少なくとも1種の二官能基性または多官能基性の架橋剤 と140−240℃の範囲の温度で反応させることを特徴とする、請求項1−5 に記載のポリマーを製造する方法。 7. オレフィン様不飽和の重合可能なモノおよび/またはジカルボン酸、好 ましくはアクリル酸が、不飽和で重合性の酸性基含有モノマーa)として用いら れることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。 8. 酸性基含有モノマーa)の他に、他の水溶性で不飽和な重合性モノマー b)、好ましくはアクリルアミド、メタクリルアミド、N−アルキル化(メタ) アクリルアミド、N−メチロール(メタ)アクリルアミド、N−ビニルアミド、 N−ビニルホルムアミド、N−ビニルアセトアミドおよびN−ビニル−N−メチ ルアセトアミド、N−ビニル−N−メチルホルムアミド、ビニルピロリドン、並 びにヒドロキシアルキル(メタ)アクリレート(例えばヒドロキシエチルアクリ レートおよびポリエチレングリコールモノアリルエーテルの(メタ)アクリル酸 エステル)およびポリエチレングリコールのアリルエーテルが用いられることを 特徴とする請求項6および7に記載の方法。 9. 水に不溶または難溶のモノマーb)が全モノマー量に対して10重量% までの量で用いられ、好ましくはアクリル酸エステルおよびメタクリル酸エステ ル(例えばアクリル酸エチルおよびアクリル酸メチル)、酢酸ビニルおよびスチ レンが用いられることを特徴とする請求項6−8に記載の方法。 10. その開口部の直径が2−20mm、好ましくは5−15mm、最も好 ましくは8−13mmである、末端破砕板を有する押し出し機を用いることによ って微粉砕が実施されることを特徴とする請求項5−9に記載の方法。 11. 体液を吸収する衛生製品および創傷包帯の構成要素としての請求項1 −5のポリマーの使用。 12. おむつ、衛生ナプキンおよび失禁用製品の構成要素としての請求項1 −5のポリマーの使用。 13. ポリマーおよび毛羽(fluff)の重量に対して請求項1−5のポリマ ーの重量%が15−100重量%、好ましくは35−100重量%、最も好まし くは30−70重量%になる、おむつにおける請求項1−5のポリマーの使用。 14. 電導ケーブルおよび光伝送ケーブルの構成成分としての請求項1−5 のいずれか1項に記載のポリマーの使用。 15. 土壌調節剤の構成成分としての請求項1−5のいずれか1項に記載の ポリマーの使用。 16. 植物栽培用人工土壌の構成成分としての請求項1−5のいずれか1項 に記載のポリマーの使用。 17. 梱包材の構成成分としての請求項1−5のいずれか1項に記載のポリ マーの使用。 18. 活性物質制御された放出を行うためデポ材の構成成分としての請求項 1−5のいずれか1項に記載のポリマーの使用。
