Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.気体流を (A)N2O以外の窒素酸化物を吸収するための処理圏に給送し、走過させて 、N2O以外の窒素酸化物を1.5から20バールの圧力で、吸収剤に吸収させ、 あるいは吸収剤と反応させ、 (B)好ましくは処理圏(A)における圧力レベルを使用して、N2O含有分 を還元させる処理圏に給送し、走過させることを特徴とする、窒素酸化物を含有 する気体流からこれを除去する方法。 2.気体流をまず処理圏(A)に、次いで処理圏(B)に給送し、走過させる ことを特徴とする、請求項(1)の方法。 3.処理圏(A)において使用される吸収剤が水または硝酸の水溶液であって 、N2O以外の窒素酸化物を、酸素の存在下または不存在下に、HNO3に転化さ せることを特徴とする、請求項(1)または(2)の方法。 4.N2O分の還元を、処理圏(B)において熱分解および/または触媒分解 により行うことを特徴とする、請求項(1)から(3)のいずれかの方法。 5.処理圏(A)および(B)における処理後、気体流を、N2O以外の窒素 酸化物を還元するための処理圏(C)に給送し、走過させることを特徴とする、 請求項(1)から(4)のいずれかの方法。 6.気体流を、処理圏(A)の上流においてコンプレッサ(V1)により1. 5から20バールの絶対圧力にもたらし、処理圏(C)の下流において膨張ター ビンにより大気圧に減圧し、膨張タービン(T1)において放出されるエネルギ ーを、追加的エネルギー(M)の補給を行って、またはこれを行うことなく、コ ンプレッサ(V1)に供給し、気体流を、処理圏(A)への流入前に、熱交換器 (WT1)中において、処理圏(A)から流出した気体流で冷却し、処理圏(B )への流入前に、熱交換器(WT3)中において、処理圏(B)から流出した気 体で加熱し、好ましくは、気体流を、熱交換器(WT1)の下流において、処理 圏(A)への流入前に、熱交換器(WT2)で追加的に冷却し、熱交換器(WT 3)の下流において、処理圏(C)への流入前に、熱交換器(WT4)で 追加的にさらに冷却することを特徴とする、請求項(5)の方法。 7.(a)N2O以外の窒素酸化物を吸収剤に吸収させ、あるいは吸収剤と反 応させるための、N2O以外の窒素酸化物の吸収装置単位と、 (b)N2O含有分を還元させるための処理装置単位と、選択的に (c)N2O含有分以外の窒素酸化物を還元させるための還元装置単位とを具 備することを特徴とする、窒素酸化物を含有する気体流からこれを除去するため の装置。 8.処理圏(A)、(B)および場合により(C)に関する上記請求項のいず れかによる装置単位(a)、(b)および場合により(c)を具備することを特 徴とする請求項(7)の装置。 9.請求項(6)の装置をさらに具備する請求項(8)の装置。 10.請求項(7)、(8)または(9)の装置を、窒素酸化物を含有する気 体流から除去するため、またはHNO3を製造するために使用する方法。
